Generally, this hotel is in a nice location. The room is pleasant, and the bedsheets texture is nice and comfortable.
However, the hotel doesn’t have a proper lobby, which makes it a bit inconvenient when handling luggage.
Do note that if you book through Trip.com, the check-in time is 4pm, but if your friends in China make the booking for you, it’s 2pm instead.
When my group arrived on 4 Oct 2025, we had to wait until about 5:10 PM to check in. Unfortunately, the staff did not apologise for the delay. As I was feeling unwell from a midnight flight and fatigue, the wait was quite uncomfortable, especially since the small lobby offered no proper place to rest.
Overall, the location and room quality are good, but the check-in process and service could be much better.

Hôtel établi de longue date, adapté aussi bien aux affaires qu'aux vacances, je l'ai choisi à nouveau pour les vacances tout en bénéficiant du confort. L'emplacement est en face de Hebei Road sur la Cinquième Avenue. La vue nocturne côté rue est sans précédent. Il est situé à proximité des sites pittoresques. Il est également très pratique de prendre un taxi vers d'autres sites pittoresques. La chambre est grande, claire et lumineuse, la literie est moelleuse et facile à dormir, et les oreillers sont en sarrasin et en duvet. La salle de bain est relativement pluvieuse, et il y a des peignoirs, tous neufs. L'insonorisation de la pièce est plutôt bonne, notamment au niveau des fenêtres, mais on entend quand même des conversations dans le couloir, indiquant qu'il faudrait renforcer l'étanchéité des portes. Le service est également bon. Les serveurs sont polis mais pas trop enthousiastes. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un choix très rentable pour un voyage de courte durée à Tianjin.

L'hôtel est un peu vieux, mais très propre et hygiénique. Il est situé dans le quartier de Heping, tout près de la Cinquième Avenue. Le lobby est grandiose, la literie de la chambre est très confortable, la piscine est particulièrement bien, l'éclairage est très lumineux, l'eau est très propre, les vestiaires aussi. La température de l'eau est particulièrement adaptée. Elle semble légèrement supérieure à celle des autres piscines et pas froide du tout.

The hotel staff are very friendly, hotel lobby smells amazing, there is a gym on the 2nd floor, laundry room on the same floor is open 24/7, and the rooms are pretty clean. Breakfast serves decent food though mostly Chinese style cuisine like (tianjin buns, jian bing, they also have porridge, soup noodles, bread & butter, fruits, coffee and yogurt etc) the front desk ladies also kindly helped us extend our check out for a few hours. They also gave us water bottles free of charge upon request. The beds are soft, bathrooms are clean with complete amenities, shampoo and body wash, hairdryer’s available, the room also has nice big window where you can sit by and look outside. The exterior of the hotel looks very bright with many lights and the hotel name clearly written on top for easier navigation. The lobby also connects to a cafe for coffee lovers and has rental power-bank stations incase your phone run out of battery. The location of the hotel is in he ping Lu, very close to many tourist spots, the closest one being the 5th avenue 五大道. Overall amazing experience 10/10 would recommend, made our stay in tianjin much smoother! ⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations.

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. They were attentive and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which I truly appreciated.

If you check my other reviews, you'll see that I often travel by train to various cities from Shanghai and stay at different places. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. I am confident that I will return here in the future whenever I need a peaceful retreat.

LloujylAmazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone.
First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China!
The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us.
It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day.
It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor.
The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc.
The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated.
Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service.
Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room.
On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x
One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in.
Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

IInvité👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

RRosario Suresh MARIETres bon acceuil, les personnelles sympas chambre vu sur la rivière était top, même un peu vieux est très bien entretenu et le lits très comfortable, la vue de notre chambre surtout le soir avec les jeux de lumières sur le pont et des immeubles. Le petit déjeuner gratuit et le buffet midi payant étaient correctes. Le dinner sur la terrace au bord de la rivière était sympa aussi. Bien centré, toutes les activités et les lieux touristiques ne sont pas très loins. U nous avons passé un week-end sympa malgré un temps de pluie.

IInvitéService : Le service est bon, le vol a été retardé et nous sommes arrivés à 13 heures. Après avoir appelé, nous avons pu organiser une prise en charge rapidement. Lorsque je me suis enregistré avec un enfant, on m'a donné un coupon pour le petit-déjeuner. La sensibilisation au service proactif est très bonne. Le petit-déjeuner est également bon, avec des spécialités locales telles que des nouilles mélangées, des plats de riz croustillant et du tofu. Et il recommande aussi activement la combinaison de ces condiments. A recommander aux amis séjournant près de l'aéroport !

LLehuoaibaleNous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés en suite pour le Nouvel An. La chambre était impeccable, et la vue depuis le 22ème étage était incroyable, on pouvait voir le mouvement du côté nord-ouest en ouvrant simplement les rideaux.
Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel était très varié, et nos enfants ont particulièrement adoré les Jianbing Guozi et le gâteau de poires cuites. Nous en avons même racheté un au retour, c'est vraiment un hôtel à recommander !

ZZheleiJe convoite l'hôtel Four Seasons depuis longtemps. J'avais initialement prévu d'y passer une nuit avec ma femme pour mon anniversaire en octobre afin de profiter de son hospitalité haut de gamme. Ma fille étant de retour de Shanghai à Pékin, nous avons décalé nos préparatifs pour cet anniversaire. Nous profiterons de tout : de la chambre au petit-déjeuner, en passant par le thé de l'après-midi, l'Executive Lounge, les cocktails en soirée, la salle de sport et la piscine. J'ai le sentiment que le service et les prestations du Four Seasons sont à la hauteur de sa réputation, et je tiens sincèrement à lui attribuer une note de 5 étoiles. Je me demandais aussi ce qui rendait le Four Seasons unique et supérieur aux autres hôtels. Le matériel de l'hôtel est vraiment rafraîchissant, mais le service est véritablement son âme. Sa beauté réside dans l'amour et le respect sincères du personnel pour les clients. Pendant mon séjour à l'hôtel, de Taytay à l'enregistrement, à la beauté anonyme au départ, en passant par Shirely, Sunny et Jerry dans le salon exécutif, et même les belles femmes de la salle de sport, dont je ne me souviens même pas du nom, toutes exhalaient un parfum d'âme et nous enivraient. Merci, joyeuses fêtes, et que ces belles âmes fassent briller le Four Seasons à jamais.
