Hôtels proches de Plage de Makronissos, Ayia Napa

C est un très joli hôtel très bien situé ,plein de commerces et restaurants just à proximité. La chambre est propre seul démole les chambres sont petites. La piscine est grande y a de la.place pour tout Le monde .les matelas just devant sont payante. Le petit dej très copieux ya un large choix des produits. Un parking gratuit et sécurisé pour la clientèle. J espère que j aurais l'occasion de revenir dans cette hôtel mais cette fois en familles ☺️

Ne pas être désactivé par les commentaires négatifs. Nous avons séjourné ici depuis le 13 juillet pour 4 nuits et la seule chose que nous pouvons nous tromper est que la chambre n'est pas nettoyée. La chambre elle-même était très spacieuse et moderne, nous avons demandé une vue sur la piscine sur la réservation et nous en avons une. La seule chose négative que nous devons dire est que la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée tout le temps que nous étions là, mais quand nous avons demandé des serviettes et des sacs à main, il n'y avait pas de problème de les obtenir. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez une bonne qualité de service. Le bar et le personnel de la maison étaient étonnants et très confortables.

We booked this hotel as it seemed to offer a lot for our 2 year old child, and in that area, the hotel excelled. The splash park is fab for smaller kids who usually miss out on slides. The children's pool is covered, so they're protected from the harshest of the sun throughout the day. The TUI entertainment team were amazing - friendly, energetic, and great at engaging with little ones. We really enjoyed the day and nighttime entertainment. We didn't leave our child at the nursery as there weren't many other children left at this time of year, but being able to attend a stay and play session meant we had reassurance that the staff were lovely and the facilities were clean and plentiful. We also got involved with lots of activities aimed at children up to 3 which I've never seen at other hotels, including storytime on the stage, a dance party and stay and play with toys in the splash pool. The park isn't the biggest, but our child enjoyed playing there. We felt the children's section of the buffet included things our child wanted to eat and was varied, but if she wanted anything different, we topped it up from the main buffet. Most of the staff were really friendly with our child, with a shout out to Nirmal who made her smile everyday. From the grown-ups perspective, we enjoyed our stay, but I would agree with other reviews that the hotel isn't quite 5 star (having stayed at other 5* Atlantica hotels, including another in Cyprus this year, for comparison). Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was modern with lots of space and a very comfortable bed. We didn't upgrade the view, so didn't expect too much, but I did think some screens and more plants at the back of the main building could help make this more attractive. The carpets in the main building hallways definitely need a thorough vacuum as this did affect my first impression of the accommodation. As others noted, the 2 lifts in the main building can get very busy. We enjoyed the food and thought there was good variety daily, which was presented beautifully. I would say more bbq food could be added to bbq night e.g. more grilled meats and buns. It was a shame more guests didn't make use of the taverna, as we enjoyed the food and live bazouki music, although the portions could be reduced. Another suggestion to highlight local produce more would be to have proper gyros at the snack bar with tzatziki and salad and not just meat, and to include more halloumi. Reception staff were helpful and most staff were polite, although some weren't as smiley and engaging as others. The hotel's location is excellent - not too long of a transfer from the airport, a short walk away from stunning Nissi Beach (get there before 9am to get a sunbed) and with lots of facilities (such as ice cream parlour and bakery) literally outside. Most sunbeds were reserved early in the morning, although you could usually get a space by the children's pool, and some sunbeds were very close to each other, with some broken

Nous avons séjourné au Nissi Beach ressort fin novembre. Fin de saison ＞ pas d'indication de notre voyagiste ou sur le site de l'hôtel. En all inclusive, à l'arrivée, on nous annonce qu'il n'y a plus qu'un bar d'ouvert sur la plage (restaurant et autres fermés…) +++ Chambre au 4 -ème étage propre et très belle vue sur la baie. Un seul jour de pluie mais on a pu profiter de la mer tous les jours Belle plage de sable et mer encore a plus de 20°C fin novembre Nous avons pu profiter d'un massage en couple et du spa à l'intérieur --- Arrivés le samedi, dès le lundi, plus de jus d'orange au petit déjeuner Plus de boissons en boite au bar de la plage dès le mardi… L'hôtel était loin d'être dans configuration ”photos instagram” Un seul bar de plage ouvert et tout le reste fermé Le bruit de marteau piqueur dans l'hôtel à l'autre bout de la baie en cours de rénovation Les serveurs ont dû mal à avoir le sourire Et le comble, le samedi en voulant repartir.. Le lobby de l'hôtel était envahi par une équipe de tournage.. Sans aucune information préalable aux clients Devoir se taire pour aller petit- déjeuner.. Ou ne pas les déranger pour faire le check out, nous n'avions jamais vu cela… Je pense que cela leur fera encore une belle vitrine pour leurs clients Allemands en plein mois d'Aout ＞ mais en tant que Suisse, nous ne reviendrons pas. Peu importe le client, la saison, le niveau de prestations doit être assuré!

I stayed with my husband and 2 children from 20th august Arrival was food we arrived late so restaurant and at closed but we are given a park each of food and drink which was nice The room we were given was tiny…absolutely no way it can accommodate 4 persons We paid for upgrade to bigger room Next day Pool is quite small and when busy isn’t great to enjoy… Lifeguard was lovely and friendly and a real asset to the hotel They need to play more music around the pool to create a more holiday vibe..a tiny speaker isn’t cutting it Most staff friendly included Damna eleni and aziz Panikos was up and down he shouted at my daughter sit down once, we told him to not raise his voice to her and never did again Food overall was good always something to choose and all tasty Snack bar - if u like burgers/pizza and chips then fine, the need more choice, like salad, fruit etc Pizza was horrible The entertainment need some attention For the amount of money we paid we would have expected entertainment every evening and activities during the day One night they had Cypriot night with singing and dancing. This was excellent Cleaning of rooms wasn’t great. Our bedding wasn’t change once in 10 days only bed made…not good enough Hotel should offer towels for use around the pool and not have to pay for that Hotel in good location for beach and ayia napa

Nice hotel, the staff there are nice. Linda the Scottish lady was really nice and helpful. The hotel has parking outside and the hotel also arrange car hire if you require it. Your room is serviced daily and bathrooms replenished. The hotel is in an ideal location and very close the main bars area so great

Apartahotel moderne et bien entretenu, dans une position stratégique pour visiter Agia Napa. Je n'ai pas essayé le restaurant, mais il avait un choix. Une seule péché, les distributeurs de shampooing et de savon dans le bain étaient vides. Je reviens sans doute.

Très bel hôtel en face d'une magnifique plage. La nourriture est excellente. Vous pouvez faire des activités sportives et autres gratuitement au sein de l'établissement.Merci aux animateurs Chloé et Léo ainsi qu'aux autres animateurs italiens pour leur sympathie ainsi qu'au personnel des bars et restaurant. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour,nous y reviendrons sans faute.

The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. The grounds have been put together well with nice kept gardens and grass lawns trimmed regularly. The apartment was a decent size with a fridge, microwave and hob. This was very useful for those days when the kids are too tired to go out in the evening to a restaurant so we stayed in and cooked. Would rate this hotel highly to anyone with young children and families who want a more quiet and intimate experience
