IInvitéWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

Nous aimons tout dans l'appartement, de la propreté, aux commodités et à leur service. Le seul inconvénient est leur salle de douche qui n'a pas de porte pour éviter que l'ensemble des toilettes ne soit mouillé après la douche. A part ça, c'est un magnifique appartement de service 👍🏻😊

Les thérapeutes experts ont fait preuve d'une grande maîtrise de leur art, garantissant une expérience personnalisée et revitalisante. Après avoir profité de l'un de leurs massages signature, je me suis sentie complètement rafraîchie et revigorée. Le souci du détail et l'engagement du spa à offrir un véritable sanctuaire de calme étaient véritablement impressionnants. Quant à son emplacement, le Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski est un véritable joyau au cœur de Munich. Situé sur la prestigieuse Maximilianstrasse, il constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer cette ville dynamique. Depuis l'hôtel, vous pourrez facilement rejoindre les attractions emblématiques de Munich, les boutiques de créateurs et les restaurants renommés. La possibilité de flâner dans le centre historique ou de simplement admirer la beauté de la Maximilianstrasse a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Cela témoigne de l'engagement de l'hôtel à offrir à ses clients le meilleur de Munich, à deux pas de leur chambre. Mon expérience au Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le luxe des chambres, l'attention du personnel et le souci du détail dans tout l'établissement ont contribué à un séjour mémorable. L'alliance d'une élégance classique et d'équipements modernes a créé une atmosphère à la fois chaleureuse et raffinée, que j'ai trouvée confortable et inspirante. En conclusion, le Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich est un hôtel haut de gamme qui maîtrise parfaitement l'art de l'hospitalité. Son spa remarquable et son emplacement idéal au cœur de Munich en font une destination de choix pour les voyageurs en quête d'un équilibre parfait entre détente et découverte. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir le meilleur de Munich dans un cadre luxueux et accueillant.

On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop!
The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day.
Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team!
I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there.

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
