It’s a lovely place to stay. The receptionist is very professional and kind. The food is excellent and great. All the staff are helpful and caring. House keepers are very respectful and work with passion.

We stayed here on 20–21 June and overall had a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The room was clean and comfortable as well. The only small issue was that it could be a bit noisy at night since the hotel is close to the street. Other than that, everything was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Localisation parfaite et bons services  Mais ils m'ont fait payer 20 £ parce que j'ai check-in à 1 h et que d'autres ont check-in à 1 h 15 gratuitement  C'était une tromperie.  Sinon, tout est super.  Ils m'ont donné le café de bienvenue gratuit

Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good. Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go. Our standard room was very small, though cozy. AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception. Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes). It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve. Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!

Good location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs. Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good. Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice. Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again Price was good value for money!

Location is great , but service can be improved. I put do not disturb and when came back to my room realised that it was serviced even though the was a tag on the door.

Le site est très beau. Il y avait un problème avec la réservation du côté Trip.com que le gestionnaire de service Declan a pu résoudre dans un manoir en temps voulu tout en faisant l'attente très agréable avec un petit chat. Le personnel était très bien, y compris les deux jeunes dames du bar/service, ainsi que Declan. Le bâtiment est étonnant et entouré de beaux bois, parfait pour une promenade. Les chambres sont un peu date, mais pourquoi cherchez-vous à passer tout votre temps dans votre chambre? Plus que suffisant pour avoir un coucher confortable. En tant que note latérale sur ce point, imaginez qu'il s'agit d'un bâtiment énuméré et qu'il est si difficile d'actualiser. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.
