IInvitéAs i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

IInvitéLovely little find, very clean with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Beds were really comfy (we booked for 3 people, one double bed and a sofa bed but ended up with 2 double beds 👍🏻), microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and tea/coffee. Can be tricky to find so follow the YouTube video that they send, especially for the postcode. Parking was on street.
Location is quite a student area but ideally located for a quick Uber into the city (@£6) and bus stops nearby.
Accommodation is in the back area of the property so need to be mindful of the family home, especially when coming and going at night.
Overall, pleasantly surprised and great nights sleep ☺️

IInvitéNice hotel and pool club rooms have king size beds and good showers. I go to Derby often to visit and often need a place, although there isn’t many luxury hotels in the area, this one has nice jacuzzis and bigger beds and made for a good small stop.

IInvitéLa chambre était comme je l'attendais tout ce que j'avais besoin pour mon séjour, j'ai mentionné la propreté dans votre avis. Ma chambre était grande, et l'hôtel était en général bonne, mais l'ascenseur avait des enveloppes douces la première nuit et était encore là quand je suis parti, petit détail qui ne m'arrêtera pas de recommander l'hôtel mais vous l'avez demandé et c'était le seul petit peu que je pouvais vous informer,

IInvitéLa dernière nuit de quitter le Royaume-Uni pour faire des tests, vous êtes ici! Le typique hôtel familial britannique, la santé est générale, ce type de chambre est très petit, les produits de chambre sont également généraux, la couture temporaire est OK 😂😂😂 mais je pense que les Chinois ne vivront pas ici, le centre-ville n'est pas banane 😂😂😂

UUtilisateur anonymeThe entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.

Il y avait un problème avec la réservation du côté Trip.com que le gestionnaire de service Declan a pu résoudre dans un manoir en temps voulu tout en faisant l'attente très agréable avec un petit chat.
Le personnel était très bien, y compris les deux jeunes dames du bar/service, ainsi que Declan.
Le bâtiment est étonnant et entouré de beaux bois, parfait pour une promenade.
Les chambres sont un peu date, mais pourquoi cherchez-vous à passer tout votre temps dans votre chambre? Plus que suffisant pour avoir un coucher confortable.
En tant que note latérale sur ce point, imaginez qu'il s'agit d'un bâtiment énuméré et qu'il est si difficile d'actualiser.
La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

IInvitéIl était très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le protège-matrice a besoin d'un lavage de cuisson et de nouveaux tapis refroidir les choses. La douche était chaude mais gérée.. chauffage était fine..tv OK.. 1 nuit bien;)
