« Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this hotel. The most important thing is that taxis can't pull up to the hotel because there's a sign on the roundabout next to the hotel prohibiting parking and a £10 fine. I ordered a taxi and waited in the hotel lobby. No one from the staff informed me about this. The taxi almost left without me, and as a result, I would have missed the helicopter departing for the platform. Secondly, I think the standard of your breakfast is important not only to me. I really have five times more choice at work. Unfortunately, I decided not to stay at your hotel anymore to avoid stress. »

« Le personnel était si beau. J'ai pris mon chien qui ils aiment et j'ai eu une belle chambre, si belle et tranquille. La douche était grande, le lit était si confortable. Café gratuit le matin qui était heureux! Il était si bon à pied pour se siéger et se réfrigérer, vraiment si beaux vibes et juste se sentent totalement relaxés et à la maison. Probablement l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai séjourné, absolument aimé de rester ici. »

« Il n'y a rien à dire sur le service hôtelier. Il y a aussi une offre de petit-déjeuner, même s'il n'est pas très varié mais copieux. Il ne semble pas qu'il ait été rénové en 2824. Merci beaucoup d'avoir contacté le service client de Ctrip. Ils ont dit qu'il avait été partiellement rénové mais qu'il ressemblait toujours à une maison d'hôtes et non à un hôtel. Il y a des trous dans les draps, etc. Si vous êtes soucieux de l'hygiène, il est préférable d'apporter vos propres fournitures. »

« First impressions. Checked in. The receptionist told me room 204. I asked if on second floor. (Sounds simple but if you have travelled alot some places have ground floor at street level and other call that first floor. Numbering then can get confusing.) Yes was the reply. Second floor. Wrong. Third floor. Not room 2xx, room 3xx. Handwritting on card holder was not very clear. Border line illegible. Solution. Take time or use a printer. Room was OK for cost. Breakfast was very poor. Breakfast rolls were stale. Croissants also stale. (One of the best bakers in Aberdeen is exactly opposite the hotel.) Bacon appeared to be of good quality but was cold and rubbery. When it was cooked and how long it had been on the buffet is not know. I know it was too long. Sausages, scrambled eggs and baked Beans were also cold, watery or just been out too long. The hash browns were really bad. Coffee was weak, orange juice had a tinny taste. Table design was poor. All of them seemed to be unstable. (Base way smaller than table, single leg, many had paper napkins stuffed under the bases attempting to stabilise the poor design. This is not very hygienic. Solution. If you can't replace them get larger bases and attach to single leg. »
