Emplacement très pratique, à proximité de l'aéroport. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire (sèche-cheveux inclus, café et thé offerts). Le petit-déjeuner était correct. J'ai apprécié l'option végétalienne proposée (quelques viennoiseries à la marmelade).

Le parking est très bon pour le prix, surtout avec la location. L'hôtel est magnifique et très grand. La chambre était généralement grande, petits morceaux de moulin dans la salle de bains, mais ce qui a fait le séjour en général pas assez étonnant comme on aurait espéré.

La location est proche de la gare du Temple Meads de Bristol, à environ 5-minute à pied. Pas trop loin de la zone de shopping du Centre City, à environ 15-20 à pied. La chambre est assez spacieuse et le personnel est amicale. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Il serait bon que nous puissions proposer plus de variétés pour le petit déjeuner.

Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Nous avions un lit double confortable et un canapé-lit convertible en deux lits simples, parfait pour les enfants. Le parking de l'hôtel coûtait environ 9 £ par nuit, je crois. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un large choix de plats chauds et froids. Le seul point négatif était la chaleur ambiante. La climatisation était inefficace et, en raison de son emplacement central, il était impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Je recommande de demander un ventilateur à la réception. C'était un hôtel extrêmement calme et bien insonorisé. Nous avons tous bien dormi.

Positives: Really cozy guesthouse in a perfect central location in St Nicolas Market. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and easy access by walking or public transit to all locations. Beds were very comfy, it was hard to get out of them in the morning 😆. Room was clean, and coffee, tea and biscuits provided as well as toiletry essentials. It also had some hostel vibes with boardgames and books to pick up and read. Negatives: Wifi in our room was terrible, so I needed to do work in the dining area (but there are lots of tables and it's quiet). It was fairly quiet, but you can sometimes hear neighbours through the walls or rowdy students at the pubs if you leave the window open. Would also appreciate vegan options for breakfast 👀 if possible. Overall very good value and would come stay again!

We stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop from which the University of Bristol, the Bristol Bus and Coach Station, and Temple Meads station are easily accessible. I appreciated the detox water with lemon slices that they offer in the lobby. The room is quite small, and the lights are dim. However, it is comfy enough for a few days in the city.

L'hôtel était très bon dans son ensemble, mais la chambre avait des tiges d'eau/d'aspiration sur le mur et aurait pu être nettoyée mieux (un peu de cheveux et de poussière, etc.).
