stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

New try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

Ma famille adore rester ici. Bon petit déjeuner, grande chambre, surtout le personnel est très gentil.

Un endroit toujours agréable pour les voyages d'affaires. Propre, pratique, petit-déjeuner copieux. Le personnel de service s'efforce de répondre à vos besoins et à vos demandes.

Ça valait le coup, mon séjour de 3 nuits a été très confortable, le personnel était sympathique et la nourriture délicieuse, bref, le meilleur.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

L'hôtel de style appartement dispose d'une grande salle. C'est l'un des hôtels que vous pouvez choisir lorsque vous voyagez à Jakarta pour affaires. Il existe de nombreux types de petit-déjeuner. Il dispose d'une salle de sport, mais je n'ai tout simplement pas le temps d'y aller. le service est bon ! ! !

J'ai eu une réunion de famille indonésienne ici - au final, je suis arrivé un jour plus tôt car mon appartement à Jakarta avait des problèmes d'électricité - j'ai donc passé trois nuits avec 3 chambres supplémentaires le vendredi puis 4 chambres le samedi, dont un appartement de 4 chambres. C'est vraiment sympa, nous étions principalement au 36e étage - Ricki et les autres réceptionnistes étaient tout simplement géniaux - le point principal TOUS mes amis indonésiens ont adoré - tout le matériel de cuisine fonctionnait bien pendant que je cuisinais, c'était une fête d'anniversaire tranquille pour 20 personnes - dans l'ensemble très satisfait - nous reviendrons.

La chaîne Swiss Bell Hotel est très coûteuse par rapport aux autres 4 hôtels étoiles. Pas de valeur pour de l'argent. Il y a plus de 4 hôtels étoiles beaucoup mieux que cela à un prix inférieur dans cette zone. J'ai connu cela. La première chambre qu'ils m'ont donnée est détestable. Ils m'ont donné une autre chambre avec les mêmes amenities. Réservé comme une chambre double. Mais les amenities étaient pour une seule personne. La location est très bonne. Près du centre de pondok indah. Personnel aussi très bon et ami. Mais la gestion agréable essaie de gagner de l'argent, donnant un hôtel de classe inférieure aux clients. Alors le problème est la gestion. Pas le personnel. Il n'y a pas de lobby de places, mais le restaurant a aussi des aliments et des boissons à prix élevés. Vous pouvez obtenir beaucoup mieux à un prix inférieur à ce que c'est ma conclusion finale.
