Got a room in 1007 with a swimming pool view. It's just that this swimming pool belongs to the Crowne Plaza Hotel so we are not allowed to swim in this pool. Even though this pool is the main picture of the hotel description. We were only allowed to use the semi indoor pool where the water was cold enough. For the lift it is quite unique because the buttons are only B, G and 0 - 9 so if you want to go to the 10th floor you have to press the 1 + 0 button to the car park as well as B + 1. For the ba*****t parking area, it is quite confusing the first time it comes because the hotel residence entrance is located in the corner to the right and there is no clue. The quality of the rooms is very good, like the layout setting, only the view from the room shows a big puddle on the roof of the regent building which is quite disturbing. Maybe this hotel is for business people so the facilities for children are limited.

The lobby looks very new. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious but gives you an “old room” vibe. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room design just didn’t suit me. I would have preferred no TV than the tv in a tv wooden cabinet that was in the room. I loved the view from my room, though. And breakfast selection was decent.

Le séjour était étonnant et la position saine était juste au milieu de la scbd, j'ai été améliorée et il y a un petit dessous où vous pouvez facilement obtenir de la nourriture et du café!!! Et pour ne pas mentionner que c'est assez proche de l'aéroport où mon voyage à l'app a pris seulement 45 minutes... reviendra une fois que je reviendrai à Jakarta... merci Ritz pour la grande hospitalité!!!

Met some Indonesian friends there for the weekend -tried to check in at 1.30pm but got a lecture from receptionist on check in time being 2pm-finally got 2 bed apartment after 2.30pm-so much for her lecture! Suite on high floor 3508? very nice-spacious and clean -kitchen fully equipped -bedding etc. very good-towels old and worn though -views great -tv stations great -tried to open the balcony but my Indonesian friends were told 250000 deposit -not sure what happened but balcony was never opened-resulted in when I used oven the fire alarm went off and security had to come anyhow. Breakfast great variety but quality so so -croissants were stale both days I had breakfast and some other food a bit dodgy ( omelettes cooked well in advance instead of to order) but restaurant was well ordered easy to get a table etc. Had issue last day where I as main key holder had to come down to sort issue with two extra breakfasts ( had not planned to have breakfast and my Indonesian friends had to wait at the door)-not sure why when reception had deposit -but was sorted out. That said all the staff we met were great -even the receptionist on check in and everyone really . Nice place overall -shopping mall across the street Plaza Semangi looks closed but there is a supermarket in the ba*****t which is quite good -Pacific Place mall about 15 minutes walk across the footbridge on main road-but taxis easy to find and two small convenience stores in Hotel complex. Will I stay again -if my self yes -but my Indonesian friends were not impressed with being held at the restaurant door like criminals-even though issue was resolved left a bad taste in their mouths. We usually stay in city center NYE and this was atrial run-we will look elsewhere.

Le salon est très confortable, le salon est très confortable et le salon est très confortable. Donc, je ne peux pas ouvrir le jardin à la nuit pour profiter de la vue, sinon ils peuvent me voir. Et un peu de bruit de leurs œuvres. Je crois que je suis juste malheureux. Mais à l'avenir, peut-être ma chambre ne sera pas en mesure de revoir la ville. La lave-linge est disponible mais pas le même service de jour. Donc, soyez prudent. Mais c'est gratuit. Et ils n'ont pas fourni de sac, au lieu de cela, nous mettons notre lave-linge sur la boîte juste à l'extérieur de la chambre de la porte. Et vous trouverez votre lave-linge propre là-bas après. Pour le repas, le restaurant est petit. Un peu crampé. Les choix alimentaires sont limités, mais ils ont goûté bien. Et ils ont continué de changer le menu. C'est bon. Avant l'hôtel vous pouvez trouver un petit mini-marché qui ouvre 24 heures. Et beaucoup de choix alimentaires. Il y a quelques Mall près de l'hôtel, à quelques pas, comme Lotte, ITC, Mall Ambassador et Kingan City.

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

A one stop solution, everything from security, service, and room product are top notch, congratulations for the staff in ascott kuningan that never impress me for their humble but high quality service. You could find the spacious kids playground on level 10, which located in outdoor area. Try to walk around level 10 and 11 to have a fresh air and enjoy a scenic infinity pool, gym, and even aerobic room. Tennis court and basketball available which you may borrow the ball from the attendant there. What I like about this place is the access to the mall and the free parking. After 7 years become the regular, this place has become a second home for me.

Great newly refurbished service apartments. Stayed in Jan 2020 room 1205 I believe. Massive flat with maid entrance, room, shower. Main apartment had large dining/living room, bedroom, drying/extra room and bathroom with tub. Small kitchen with rice cooker and room with washing machine. Complementary breakfast on top floor with indoor and outdoor seating. You can take your breakfast to your room. Waffle/egg station. Two gym rooms one with machines and one with weights, spa and pool. Small shop and function room Hotel is close to Lotte shopping centre with cinema etc. The best thing for me was the washing machine, clothes horse and ironing board I always appreciate when I can run a machine and not fear for how my clothes are handled.

Le spectacle de Chevas est un des meilleurs spectacles ! Le premier jour que je suis venu, j'ai eu un problème, exprime mon déception avec l'un des employés de la maison ”Chevas” Très bon et doux homme parlé ! FAST FORWARD - Actions immédiates de lui, Merci Chevas pour avoir sorti nos questions si vite. Merci à vous et à d'autres employés - GYM sage.. Je pense qu'il a besoin d'hôtel WIFI qui est automatiquement connecté. Location sage de mon point de vue, il faut mettre un grand signal (Citadines sudirman) de la grande route- L'entrée est assez confusion. Globalement merveilleux endroit! Valeur juste de l'argent, Alors c'était un grand plus Il reviendra certainement pour un autre temps de relaxation, de calme et de paix sur cet appartement dans l'une des villes les plus occupées. Je recommanderai cet hôtel/appartement à mes collègues. qui voulaient voyager à Jakarta M. Heri & Mme Heri (Bandar Serie Begawan)

La position de cet hôtel est très bonne, dans le SCBD de Yakarta, est maintenant le centre commercial de Yakarta, et le lieu pacifique à côté de lui est beaucoup manger. La chambre de l'hôtel est très simple, les toilettes ont un peu de goût, mais dans l'ensemble, ça va. La salle d'équipe est large et confortable, le petit déjeuner est délicieux mais le repas est lent.

La page d'avant est très large, nous nous accueillons avec un goût ondel-ondel de coloration indonésienne du modèle nord-ouest. C'est un hôtel qui est un but de temps mais assez bon pour se reposer, au centre d'affaires, de divertissement, et la cuisine très proche, qui est un hobby de film à gauche il y a XXI, starbuck à droite.
