Hôtels près de Temple Ashtalakshmi, Chennai

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage d'affaires à Chennai. Honnêtement, j'ai été agréablement surpris. Le personnel était professionnel et serviable. La chambre était impeccable, bien entretenue et offrait de nombreuses options et commodités. Le choix de restauration était également excellent ; j'ai testé le restaurant Kebab Factory et c'était l'un des meilleurs repas de mon voyage. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près de l'aéroport et propose une navette gratuite. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Hautement recommandé.

Overall, I had a good stay, as I usually do at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Most of the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vijay, who always checks in to make sure everything is going well. He always has great recommendations on places to visit and genuinely makes guests feel welcome. There were a couple of issues this time that made my stay slightly disappointing. Our room key cards stopped working a few times during the stay. The staff resolved the issue quickly each time, but it was still inconvenient having to head back to the front desk after a long day out. The biggest issue we had was with room service, when I ordered tea and found a fly in it. While the staff eventually waived the charges for the entire meal, the service recovery could have been handled much better. The following day, I developed food poisoning and was violently ill for the next week. While I can’t say for certain it was related, the timing after the fly incident left me slightly concerned about the food hygiene standards. I hope these were isolated incidents, as I’ve generally had very positive stays here and would still consider returning the next time I’m in India.

Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.  The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!  Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.  Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. They made our short trip to Chennai a memorable one and we look forward to coming again very soon!  Kudos to everyone at Taj Connemara for ensuring my family and I have a great time at your hotel.  Regards,  Linges

Ce n'est pas terrible. Le service a besoin d'être grandement amélioré et les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées, car les armoires et les moquettes ont l'air vieillottes. Il serait également préférable d'utiliser un désodorisant ou des bougies parfumées, car la chambre ne sent pas bon. Globalement, ce n'est pas terrible pour un hôtel haut de gamme.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial, à proximité de la principale rue commerçante. les chambres sont bien conçues et très propres. Le lit est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans une ambiance agréable et une grande variété de plats est proposée. Je regrette seulement que les pâtisseries aient toujours été sèches pendant mon séjour. Sinon, dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience formidable.

Il a été très agréable de séjourner à l' hôtel I. Chennai , une bonne location , les personnes sont aimables et aimables , beaucoup de centres commerciaux et de divertissements près , Globalement très bon hôtel pour un prix raisonnable .

good services and location. silent atmosphere good food and variety of breakfast. the only problem was that in online booking it is shown smoking is allowed where in it is a non smoking property. should change it becomes difficult for smokers
