Nous avons eu un séjour confortable, grâce à la mise à niveau de la salle surprise (Grâce à Anamika) et au lit confortable et aux installations propres de la salle. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très vaste et très varié, peut-être une structure autour de la place des clients et de l'ordre des œufs aidera à améliorer l'expérience.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial, à proximité de la principale rue commerçante. les chambres sont bien conçues et très propres. Le lit est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans une ambiance agréable et une grande variété de plats est proposée. Je regrette seulement que les pâtisseries aient toujours été sèches pendant mon séjour. Sinon, dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience formidable.

Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.  The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!  Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.  Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. They made our short trip to Chennai a memorable one and we look forward to coming again very soon!  Kudos to everyone at Taj Connemara for ensuring my family and I have a great time at your hotel.  Regards,  Linges

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

Trop bruyant le week-end : des soirées sont organisées, ce qui rend le sommeil impossible, surtout lorsqu’on vient pour se reposer. L’entrée se trouve à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, ce qui fait que l’on croise beaucoup de monde. Il y avait également des odeurs de cigarette à mon étage. Après un voyage de plus de 10 heures, je n’ai pas retrouvé le confort attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. À éviter si vous êtes en famille ou voyageur international. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais rien d’exceptionnel au vu du prix et de la catégorie 5 étoiles.

Superbe hôtel, qualité prix très abordable, petit déjeuner varié et bon. Le rooftop avec piscine excellent. Le personnel au petit soin et très efficace. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Je retournerai ici.   Le petit déjeuner et le personnel étaient vraiment exceptionnels. La chambre était bonne, tout travaillait et le dîner en chambre qui est 24/7, était excellent. Nous sommes arrivés à 2 heures et le repas, à l'époque, pour les voyageurs faimeux était vraiment apprécié. Le Holiday Inn vous offre un excellent personnel et vous souhaitez les aider.   Je n'ai pas donné cinq étoiles pour la propreté car les sièges de toilette pouvaient/doivent être nettoyés mieux.

It was nice stay I. Chennai , good location , staffs are supportive and friendly , lots of shopping malls and entertainment near by , Overall very good hotel for reasonable price .
