Hôtels près de Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad

Arrivée à l'aéroport d'Hyderabad en pleine nuit, avec presque deux heures de retard. Cependant, quelqu'un m'a attendu de l'hôtel et s'est assuré que le chauffeur me conduisait à l'hôtel en toute sécurité. Réception: service le plus aimable, la joie traditionnelle et un verre de bienvenue. Et tout avec un sourire et un intérêt personnel. Tout ce que le cœur veut. Encore une fois

A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Friendly stuff I really love the way that they welcome us with a traditional and captivating cultural, full of spirit and traditional. The hotel is really close to the mall and restaurant.

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Positive: Very nice hotel! Friendly personal! Very good kitchen. Outstanding hospitality! Negative: hotel needs some work to be done to refresh rooms, but for offered price, no need to complain.

Profite du séjour , bien des installations , des articles de la chambre ont manqué et doivent demander des articles , Réservation en ligne , confirmation de la demande de petit déjeuner , et réceptionniste devra obtenir l' approbation du gestionnaire à chaque fois ,
