« I recently stayed at Hotel Arco Palace and had a very pleasant experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its gym and swimming pool, which really enhanced my stay.
The gym is well-maintained with a good range of fitness equipment — from cardio machines to strength-training options. It was clean, spacious, and a great place to stick to my workout routine while traveling.
The swimming pool was equally impressive. It’s clean, nicely sized, and perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day. The pool area is peaceful and well-kept, offering a relaxing spot to unwind.
The overall service at Hotel Arco Palace was professional and friendly. The staff is courteous and attentive to guests’ needs. Rooms were comfortable and clean, making the stay even better.
If you’re visiting Jaipur and looking for a hotel that offers good amenities at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Hotel Arco Palace. »

« Le premier jour, les draps sentaient la cigarette, mais ils ont été changés immédiatement et le reste du séjour s'est très bien passé ! Le personnel était très aimable, le petit-déjeuner était bon et la salle de sport bien équipée. Je reviendrai ! »

« Все хорошо, завтраки, бар на 6м этаже, по нашей просьбе поселили в номер с видом во двор, а не на дорогу. И можно было бы поставить все 5, если б не одно НО! Како-то «умный» персонал по всему коридору двигал в 5:00 что-то тяжелое, при этом он это тяжелое тащил по полу, с соответствующим звуковым сопровождением! »

In short, Padmaa was Home away from Home.
The 3 nights here really felt like us staying at our relatives home. I stayed at Padmaa with my parents and son. The entire Haveli was a unique unforgettable experience during our visit to Jaipur.
The rooms were spacious, well equipped and every inch clean. The deco modern and traditional, simple elegance. The bed comfortable and sheets well pressed.
The breakfast was made on order, with many options. Had special Rajastani breakfast on day 2 with superb Laasi. Had dinner on day 3 and tried the special vegetarian Rajastani thaali which was delicious with plenty of varieties.
The live music tunes up the Haveli’s mood every night.
The complementary night tuk tuk ride around the city was fun and a must see. Jaipur at night is full of lights.
The best part is Padmaa’s family. Everyone was so pleasant, kind and helpful. A special thanks to Jothi, who willingly escorted my mother and I to the back streets to purchase some souveniers. Padmaa’s family felt very much like my own. Thank you for the wonderful stay in Jaipur.
I have to say I may not visit Jaipur again, but for Padmaa, I will. A must experience stay when anyone is in Jaipur.

IInvitéThe hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious.
You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour.
The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them.
A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.

DDoufutravelsIn the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha!
If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

Il est situé au cœur de Jaipur, ce qui peut vous laisser un sentiment d’accablement, mais une fois que vous commencez à explorer, vous réalisez que l’emplacement est parfait. La nourriture est incroyable et le personnel est vraiment merveilleux ! Le service était excellent, je ne peux pas me plaindre du tout !

Les installations de l'hôtel, y compris le spa, la salle de sport et la piscine, étaient de classe mondiale et bien entretenues, offrant une expérience vraiment relaxante et luxueuse.

IInvitéUn hôtel normal. Un endroit un peu vieillot, mais ils font des efforts. Les chambres fraîchement rénovées commencent au troisième étage, le personnel est réactif, l'hôtel est sûr, le toit est frais et la vue est superbe ! Les prix sont plus qu'attrayants.

IInvitéNous avons passé deux nuits ici, mes deux aînés, une fille et un fils. La chambre était assez grande. Les équipements étaient conformes à la norme pour ce type d'établissement.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très bon.
Le buffet de Noël était merveilleux !
Le buffet du dîner était moyen. Je suggérerais de proposer davantage de plats non indiens (nous aimons la cuisine indienne, mais les épices peuvent être trop prononcées lors d'un long voyage en Inde…).
L'expérience globale a été plutôt agréable, je recommande et je reviendrai.

He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.
