Hôtels près de Station de métro Frullone, Naples

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Ils ont une cuisine, mais on ne peut pas l'utiliser. Le gardien était assez sévère. À part ça, tout était parfait et très propre. Je crois que c'est le meilleur que j'aie vu à Naples.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

Très bel emplacement, propre et très bonnes prestations, notamment pour les réunions d'affaires

Je suis impressionné par la propreté de cette auberge, qui est bien plus propre et plus jolie que les autres auberges dans lesquelles j'ai séjourné auparavant. La chambre dispose même d'une salle de bain privée et étonnamment aussi d'un petit balcon, très soigné et bien décoré ! Je suis également surpris de voir qu'il y a une cuisine commune (qui est également très propre et bien gérée) qui sert le petit-déjeuner ! Une expérience vraiment incroyable de séjourner ici en connaissant des gens formidables à travers le monde !

Notre séjour étaient super, l’équipe est gentil. Juste par moment des odeurs d’égouts.

Marcher en empruntant la rue principale est plus facile. Juste à côté de l'hôtel Colombo qui est plus facile à identifier que l'enseigne de l'hôtel Casablanca (qui montre un logo que vous ne pourrez peut-être pas reconnaître). Bonne variété de petit-déjeuner.

La rue dans laquelle se trouve l'hôtel peut paraître peu sûre mais je dois dire que la nuit on peut dormir tranquillement sans trop de soucis puisqu'il y a toujours quelqu'un pour garder l'entrée et la porte d'entrée est fermée à clé la nuit et est blindée. Globalement il n'y a pas de défauts majeurs mais seulement de petites imperfections comme le petit nombre de serviettes ou de produits de première nécessité
