IInvitéThe whole experience was fabulous from being greeted initially shown the room and shown around the facility , access to the museum whenever, and a free individual tour of museum , which extended to the two of the othrr facilities they have within a few hundred yards . the room of which I uploaded a few photos was supreme my only little grumble would be liquid soap rather than soap bars

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

IInvitéOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Ppaulrob200Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus.
Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future.

Le meilleur endroit pour être à Malte, très très fantastique jeune atmosphère dans un magnifique environnement.
Très inhabituel lobby mais vraiment confortable et actif pour tous les clients, un bon bar et un superbe restaurant.
Très bonne zone partout avec activité nocturne et moins de 50 mètres de la mer.
Plusieurs types de restaurants , y compris le très célèbre Hugo Burger ( Hugo fast food local Chains de Malte )
Cinema, Bowling et Night Clubs, bars et restaurants partout et très bons centres commerciaux

Was large enough with clean bathroom and a kitchenette area
Excellent coffee was provided as well as three kids of teas.
It has steep steps to first floor for those who might have issues .

CChristutiGrand endroit avec un personnel étonnant, amiable, courtois. Ils étaient tous très attentifs et prêts. Parking gratuit autour de l'immeuble n'était pas un problème. Grands plages seulement environ 25-30 minutes de route. Ils ont des activités et des recommandations si vous ne vous engagez pas dans un plan mais il y a certainement beaucoup de places à vérifier. La salle de bains et les douches étaient sur le même étage et très proche. Vibes typiques de l'auberge. Je recommande et envisage de rester à nouveau.

IInvitéLe restaurant a été très bien situé, le restaurant a été très bien situé, le service de l'hôtel a été aussi utile que possible.
La chambre était petite mais belle pour ce qu'on avait besoin.
Un truc à préparer, l'unité de climatisation était vieux et n'a pas fonctionné très bien. Amenez un fan supplémentaire. Je vous recommanderais de rester quelques jours.

MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!

La rue est un peu bruyante, mais je utilisais les oreilles, donc ne m'a pas causé des problèmes
Le lit est bien, pas de coussins.
L'AC est centralement contrôlé par l'appartement et je me suis senti un peu faible si vous voyagez dans les mois les plus chauds de l'année, elle est également placée juste au-dessus du lit, de sorte qu'il ne soit pas vraiment joli, car elle frappe droit sur votre tête
Globalement une belle expérience pour moi et une vue mignonne
L'hôte est vraiment gentil dans la communication
