Un excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Idéalement situé juste au-dessus de la station Nihon-odori sur la ligne Minato Mirai, qui dessert directement Shibuya et Ikebukuro. Les chambres sont incroyablement propres et au moins deux fois plus grandes que ce que nous obtiendrions pour le même prix à Tokyo. Nous avons fait notre lessive au 7ème étage et nous sommes détendus au salon. Café Nespresso disponible jusqu'à 20h tous les jours. J'adore cet endroit et j'aurai certainement envie de revenir. Hautement recommandé.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to explore Yokohama or needing easy access to Tokyo. Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day. If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.

If you’re looking for a hotel near K-Arena, this one is absolutely worth considering. The location is excellent, situated in a business district with plenty of restaurants available during the daytime. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, although it closes at 11:00 PM. After around 9:00 PM, it can be a bit difficult to find late-night food nearby. However, the vending machines offer options like takoyaki and pork teriyaki rice, which are helpful for a quick late-night meal. The room is spacious enough for two people and offers a great view. The bathroom is large and separated from the toilet, which makes it more comfortable to use. Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to pick up, and they provide everything you might need—cleansing oil, face wash, cotton buds, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving kits, and more. Pajamas are also provided in the room, and they are very comfortable. One of the highlights is the onsen located on the lobby floor, open until 1:00 AM. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings or events. There is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines at a very affordable price. However, the dryer may not fully dry clothes even after 90 minutes, so keep that in mind. The lobby area is suitable for working late into the night. Wi-Fi is strong, and complimentary coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The TV is excellent—Sharp 4K with good sound quality—perfect for watching your own Netflix content. Overall, a great stay, especially for business travelers or anyone attending events at K-Arena.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue. Cependant, comme j'ai visité cet hôtel lors de mon voyage spécial pour mon anniversaire, je n'ai reçu aucune mise en place, aucun aménagement ni même aucun souhait d'anniversaire de la part d'un membre du personnel, même si je l'ai mentionné dans les détails de ma réservation. Un peu déçu par rapport à l'hôtel à Macao, Hong Kong ou en Thaïlande, même si j'ai réservé un hôtel de catégorie inférieure par rapport à la marque Intercontinental.

L'hôtel est très récent, les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue depuis la fenêtre est magnifique. C'est très bien situé, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la sortie du métro. L'accès aux principaux sites touristiques et centres commerciaux est très facile.

It is not the first time I have stayed at this capsule hotel. The capsule does not make you feel claustrophobic, and it is quite sound isolated from other capsules. In addition, the hotel is very well located, just a couple of minutes' walk from Yokohama Station. The only problem is that there is no private men's bathroom. So, if you don't feel comfortable showering in front of others, you may have to consider another option. If collective showering is okay, there is plenty of space. There is even a sauna and pools; not to swim, but it is big enough for several people to enjoy it at the same time.

Tout s’est bien passé, la chambre était propre et à proximité de China Town :)

C'est ma première réservation, donc il faut un peu de temps pour entrer dans la chambre, mais il n'y a pas de malaise, parce que j'ai répondu immédiatement. Parce que le prix de la chambre est bon marché, je peux dépenser beaucoup d'argent pour visiter. Il y a des magasins confortables, des restaurants et des parkings à proximité, donc très confortable.

不太推薦！ 浴室跟房間都很小（應該是廣角拍攝）然後沒附地墊，洗完澡走出來地板都濕濕的，雖然有提供廚房但那個餐具也是沒洗乾淨，而且還會掉鍍層 房間的窗台看起來也是沒有清理乾淨有很厚的灰塵 洗衣機也蠻爛的脫水脫不乾 優點：離地鐵跟中華街很近，附近有donki
