Parfait ..accueil , propreté ,gentillesse du personnel et le brunch du nouvel An était un régal dans un cadre super .

I chose Sofitel Le Grand Ducal for a New Year’s stay, expecting a high level of comfort and service. My experience started with some disappointment at check-in, including inconsistency in service and an initial room that felt cold and did not fully meet expectations. This was particularly noticeable on New Year’s Eve and affected my first impression. However, after I shared my concerns, the hotel team handled the situation professionally and made a real effort to improve my stay. I was offered a room change to a warmer and higher-category room, along with a kind handwritten apology card and chocolates, which I truly appreciated. What matters most to me is that the hotel listened and took action. Thanks to this, my overall impression changed for the better, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay. I hope this feedback helps the hotel maintain a more consistent service experience from the very beginning for all guests.

The place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

Bon séjour, bonne literie, petit déjeuner au top rien a dire. L'emplacement était très correct a 10 min en tram du centre ville et l'arrêt de tram se situe à 3 min à pied de l'hôtel. Emplacement silencieux entouré d'hôtel ds le quartier d'affaires. Je reviendrai.

Hotel très bien situé : en face de l'aéroport. Chambre propre , literie confortable . Décoration récente et moderne. Le service navette gratuite est un véritable plus : il suffit de réserver à la réception, départ toutes les 30 minutes . Vraiment satisfaite.

J'ai voyagé au Luxembourg avec deux amis, soit trois personnes au total. L'emplacement est spectaculaire, tout près de la gare centrale et du centre-ville. Tout simplement génial. La chambre était correcte, sans chichis, mais globalement propre. Les serviettes étaient fournies. Pas de climatisation, donc attention en été. Les lits n'étaient pas très longs, mais si vous mesurez moins d'1,85 m, ça devrait aller !

Nous avons été reçu par une hôtesse très accueillante. Nous avons été gentillement surclassé. La chambre était bien équipée, avec frigo et bouilloire. La vue était agréable sur la forêt. Piscine accessible.

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal. Proche du tramway et de l'arrêt de bus. La chambre est également bien.

Bon hôtel proche de la gare. Belle décoration mais le quartier n'est pas le plus agréable Mais ça vaut le prix!
