Ce super bien situé petit déjeuner est très riche l'hôtel est très agréable les lits et les cuisinières exquises me semblait une excellente option sur CDMEX.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

Un hôtel très sûr , j'ai déjà arrivée trois fois pour faire sortir de l'air international et je vais et me ramène à l'aéroport, ont ce service agrégé et sans frais avec une tige au chauffeur, je vous recommande ⁹

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Hôtel confortable et soigné, personnel très aimable. Junior suite très agréable et spacieuse. Bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition dans la chambre tous les jours. Restaurant au Rdc pratique si fatigue après une longue journée touristique.

L'hôtel était très bon. La chambre était propre et organisée, propre, sans problèmes. La douche était jolie et chaude, un lit confortable et un coffre-fort, tout va bien. Aucun minibar ou réfrigérateur, qui est peut-être un peu sous-rouge pour un hôtel 4 étoiles mais il était bon pour moi. La location était bonne, relativement proche du centre ville et avec plusieurs options de transport public à proximité. (Bien que je trouve le transport public très confusionnel en ville du Mexique) Ma seule question était que j'ai initialement réservé par un autre agent et quand j'arrive à l'hôtel, il m'a informé que la réservation avait été annulée le même jour que je l'ai réservé, et ils ne me proposeraient pas la chambre ou le prix correspondant à la réservation originale, La réservation de la seconde fois était donc plus coûteuse, pas beaucoup, mais irritante.

L'auberge bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, en plein cœur du centre-ville. C'est incroyablement pratique pour visiter les musées environnants ! Le petit-déjeuner est inclus de 8h à 10h. Un bon pour un cocktail Margarita vous est offert le premier jour. Le déguster au bar sur le toit, au sixième étage, est tout simplement divin. À ma demande, on m'a attribué un lit superposé plus bas. La consigne à bagages est gratuite à la réception. Le coupon de réduction de 15 % remis à l'arrivée permet même de dîner plus économiquement au restaurant qu'au fast-food. De l'eau potable filtrée est disponible dans le salon et la cuisine en libre-service du cinquième étage. Tellement pratique ! Une adresse à recommander absolument en Malaisie !

Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, près d'Ángeles de Independencia. La construction est un peu ancienne, mais reste en bon état.
