Great location, close to the SkyAvenue car park. There's also a link bridge with walking access to Genting Highlands and Chin Swee Temple. The unit is modern and high-end, and the balcony offers an amazing view. The mall below has limited food options for now, but that's understandable as it's still new. Overall, a great stay!

Mon séjour au Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel a été un véritable enchantement ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et un service impeccable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions et aux quartiers d'affaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, garantissant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Les installations sont modernes et bien entretenues. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un véritable atout, avec un large choix de plats délicieux. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Que vous voyagiez pour affaires ou pour le plaisir, je recommande vivement le Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. Il a dépassé toutes mes attentes !

Had a great 3D2N family stay at Antara Genting Highlands. We booked 3 bedroom suite and requested a higher floor with a nice view, which the hotel kindly arranged. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family, will definitely come back for our next visit. Location is convenient, around 15-20 minutes walk to SkyAvenue via the link bridge. Breakfast options are still quite limited. The biggest disappointment was the Jaccuzi, as the water was cold throughout our stay. We contacted the hotel and maintenance came to check, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved until the day we check out. The lifts were quite slow during check-out time. Overall, still a good stay for families, and hopefully the hotel can improve these areas.

La chambre était très propre, et le personnel de la réception très accueillant. L'hôtel est bien équipé, on y trouve tout le nécessaire. Il faut environ 10 minutes en taxi pour Genting Highlands, et la course coûte environ 10 MYR via une application de taxi. Le prix peut être un peu plus élevé pendant les heures de pointe, mais il est plus avantageux après 14h. Le tarif est raisonnable, offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

Très pratique pour les familles, diverses attractions et commodités à proximité. Le point négatif est la mauvaise odeur de la salle de bain.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

La première fois, vous devez vous rencontrer. La chambre est totalement nettoyée. Nouveau design. Mais il a eu l'odeur au toilette et assez bruyant d'autres chambres coz le parler si loud.

Great for families. Check-in is easy with clear instructions. Rooms are of good size. Gym and swimming pool are located at top most floors with Genting Highland view. A lot of food options nearby. Will repeat booking.
