Comme d'habitude.. elle sera notre 1ère option quand elle est venue à AoR pour travail.. parking complet, accès facile à l'autoroute et lit confortable pour sûr 😍😍

Very good price valued accommodation with well standard of cleanliness and comfort, and spacious parking. High recommendation for travel around Alor Setar which convenient to reach good city central and foods.

La chambre était propre et confortable, et le personnel était ami, professionnel et très utile. Tout a fait mon séjour agréable, et je reviendrai certainement et resterai ici.

The Executive King room was spacious and comfortable, definitely a plus. The location is very strategic, with plenty of shops nearby, which made everything convenient. The bathroom was also clean and quite big, so that was satisfying. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The pillow had a rather strong smell, possibly from detergent or softener, which was a bit uncomfortable. The room is not very soundproof at night, you can hear kids running and playing outside the room, which may disturb sleep. Also, the towels were a bit thin. Overall, still a good stay, especially for the space and location, but some small improvements could make it much better.

Virtually no service to comment. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel uses self check-in. The hotel is without lift or luggage lift, beware if you are bringing a large and heavy luggage. There is a lot of pesticides aerosol available at the first floor, I guess the entire building is troubled by cockroaches, and yes my room also has one cockroach trap near the dust bin, but I am lucky enough, there is no signs of it during my stay. However, my room is full of pesticides smells.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :). The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful. We will definitively stay here again next time!

A front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time. In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

Limited car park but guarded. I could hear the phone ringing from the counter.

Just nice during emergency. Most of hotels were sold out so we got no choice. Luckily the room is spacious but leather supply is too slowm hope they will improve

คือตอนแรกเรามาalor setar วันเดย์ทริป ไม่ได้ตั้งใจมาค้างรร. เราไม่ทันกลับ เลยจองในtrip วันที่เรามาอยู่ในช่วงเทศกาลรายอ คนเยอะมากตอนที่เราจอง เห็น รร.นี้ราคาโอเค แต่ไม่ได้ดูว่าเช็คอินด้วยตัวเอง ตอนนั้นประมานจะเข้าช่วงค่ำเหนื่อยมาก เพราะนั่งรถเมล์มาลงที่รร. สิ่งแรกตอนนั้นเราตกใจมาก คือเช็คอินเอง แล้วคือเราคนไทย ที่พอพูดภาษามลายูได้นิดหน่อย ตอนนั้นรู้สึกงานเข้า จองแล้วจะเข้าพักยัง ปวดท้องฉี่ด้วย เลยเดินไปถามร้านสะดวกซื้อว่ามีห้องน้ำที่คลินีก รอดมาได้ แล้วกลับมาเช็คอินใหม่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ ลองโทรไปก็ไม่มีใครรับสายเอง โชคดีที่มีคนมาเลเชื้อสายจีนมาช่วยให้เรา เค้าช่วยติดต่อให้เราจึงได้เข้าห้องพัก ถ้าไม่ได้คนมาเลนั้นจะเข้ายังไง ตังก็จ่ายแล้ว พอเข้าไปแล้ว มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่เยอะ มีแอร์ ทีวี น้ำ2ขวด ทิชชู ผ้าเช็คตัว ห้องสะอาดนะ แต่ก็มีเสียงรบกวนบ้าง ตอนเช็คเอาส์ดีนะที่เราส่งข้อความว่าจะขอเช็คอินสายหน่อย กลัวไม่ทันออกตอนเที่ยง สุดท้ายก็ลองโทรหาถึงได้เงินมัดจำคืน50เหรียญ ที่นี่จะมีภาษีนักท่องเที่ยว10เหรียญ สิ่งที่เราอยากแนะนำโรงแรมนะ 1.ถ้าคุณเป็นบริการเช็คอินด้วยตัวเอง คุณควรบอกที่หน้าปกของtripว่าเช็คอินเอง เพราะบางทีลูกค้าไม่ได้อ่าน หรือก่อนกดยืนยันว่ามีเช็คอินเอง 2.ในเมื่อเช็คอินเอง ควรตามราคาไม่แพง เราไปปีนังเมื่อปีที่แล้ว มีพนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก แค่ส่งpassport ก็เช็คอินได้เลย เร็วด้วย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกยังเยอะกว่า ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเยอะกว่า ราคายังถูกกว่าเลย 3.ตรงตู้เช็คอิน ควรมีภาษาอื่นด้วย ที่ไม่ใช่แค่ภาษาอังกฤษ มาเล จีน ควรมีประเทศไทยด้วย เพราะประเทศไทยใกล้กับมาเลเซีย 4.ควรมีปุ๋มกดฉุกเฉินเวลา ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ ว่าควรรอกี่นาที และแนะนำควรมีห้องน้ำบริการให้ลูกค้าด้วย 5.ควรมีป้ายแนะนำก็ารเช็คอินเป็นขั้นตอน1234 ปล.สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว โรงแรมคืองานบริการ ควรมีพนักงานอย่างน้อย1คน ดูแล เพื่อว่ามีเหตุฉุกเฉินต้องการความช่วยเหลือ เรารู้ค่ะว่า โรงแรมต้องการประหยัดค่าพนักงาน จึงต้องลดส่วนนี้ แต่ยังไงสำหรับรร.คืองานบริการ ความปลอดภัย สำหรับเรา เราขอบคุณเหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ ทำให้เราจะฝึกภาษาเพิ่มเติม ไม่ใช่ภาษาพูด แต่เป็นภาษาอ่าน เพราะโลกมันเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ยังไงการมีพนักงานก็อุ่นใจดี
