IInvitéWe booked the Superior Family Room category. The room was quite spacious and comfortable for 3 people, with enough space for prayers and to place our luggage bags.
The room and bathroom were clean, with no unpleasant smell. The receptionist was also friendly and worked efficiently.
However, the hotel does not have elevator, so it may not recommended for elderly guests with knee problems or difficulty walking.
The hotel location is strategic, close to Alor Setar town and the highway exit.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We hope the hotel can maintain their cleanliness and service.

IInvitéThis is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :).
The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful.
We will definitively stay here again next time!

AAndhy PutraHad a great stay at Padi Hotel in Alor Setar! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The room was neat, cozy, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day.
One thing I really appreciated was the strong and stable internet connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my trip. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Alor Setar who is looking for a clean, comfortable place with reliable WiFi. I would definitely consider staying here again!

EElwin YapA front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time.
In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness.
I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

Hôtel plutôt confortable et bien entretenu. Je pense que c'est l'un des meilleurs d'Alor Setar. Bien situé, avec un grand supermarché Lotus juste en face et à proximité des principaux sites touristiques. Je le recommande si vous venez à Alor Setar.
