Hello, I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation. We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

I recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother. We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available. The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance. For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly. Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

L'endroit est sympa, nous avons demandé le service de massage leur signature mais malheureusement ils m'ont donné un mauvais service, au lieu de massage du visage, ils nous ont fait un massage du corps ! Et le couvre-lit me démange beaucoup, je ne sais pas pourquoi ! Je n'arrive pas à me concentrer sur le massage du corps car mon attention se porte sur les petits insectes qui me rongent le dos

Overall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest. There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week. The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that. I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.

Taal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Seda Manila Bay. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, confortable et offre une atmosphère relaxante. Le personnel était poli, professionnel et serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. La chambre était propre et confortable, et les équipements répondaient à nos attentes. Nous avons également apprécié l'ambiance générale de l'hôtel, idéale pour se détendre ou pour de courts séjours. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable. Nous serions ravis de revenir.

J'ai réservé un séjour à Villa Ibarra pour célébrer le anniversaire de ma femme, et nous avons eu une expérience absolument merveilleuse! Le personnel nous a fait sentir incroyablement bienvenus. Le réveil de cette vue remarquable tous les matins était vraiment magique et ajoutait un touche spécial à notre célébration. Nous avons été heureux de rencontrer de nombreux singes sauvages autour de la propriété, une expérience unique et excitante qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Le petit déjeuner à Villa Ibarra était fantastique. Il y avait une grande variété d'options délicieuses, et tout était frais et bien préparé. C'était la façon parfaite de commencer notre journée, et nous nous sommes attendus à ce que ce soit chaque matin. L'un de nos caractéristiques préférées était le jacuzzi cool. Il était le lieu idéal pour se détendre et se dégager après un jour d'exploration. L'eau chaude et l'atmosphère serene l'ont fait un endroit parfait pour un certain temps de qualité ensemble. Le séjour en Villa Ibarra est exceptionnel, avec la combinaison de la vue sur le volcan de la langue, les rencontres de la faune, le délicieux petit déjeuner et le jacuzzi relaxant fait pour une célébration parfaite de la fête de naissance de ma femme. Nous sommes reconnaissants au personnel pour leur hospitalité chaleureuse et pour le rappel de notre séjour. Recommandez vivement Villa Ibarra pour tout le monde à la recherche d'une porte spéciale et inoubliable! Merci, Villa Ibarra, pour une expérience incroyable!
