I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation.
We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for.
From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday.
Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building.
As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10
Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical.
Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones.
Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

The only problems I encountered.
1. Hotel website had technical glitch on their system which expose my data to scammer.. Scammers started texting me pretending they are from the hotel staff. Though operational manager mentioned me that they are doing improvements.. Unfortunately personal information was already leaked out.
2. Easter egg hunt was not fully organized.
They cannot controlled the parents going in front and kids are running everywhwre during the activities.
Egg hunting was not so good because some of kids did not get any eggs.
Overall just good but not awesome I think this the 2nd and last time I will visit the hotel.

SSprocket ImpeThe experience was great,the service is very accommodating, the fir buffet is awesome unlimited. Just I notice the amusement like stationery bike is not friendly due to no saddle and the billiard table has no equipment but maybe we call the front desk but the swimming pool is fantastic very accessible and the room is huge and clean over all total. Hope we can book again as our yearly fambonding. Hooray! Keep the good work all the staff is friendly and especialy the guards is always give a smile upon entering.

IInvitéI recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother.
We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient.
The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available.
The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance.
For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

IInvitéIls ont mis à niveau ma chambre à tout prix en raison de la disponibilité de la chambre qui est chanceux pour moi.
La chambre était spacieuse et bien climatisée, mais nous devions l'arrêter, puisque le temps était déjà froid.
Comme on l'attendait, ils ont accueilli mes 7 chiens et nous avons eu un séjour confortable.

IInvitéI had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable.
What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination.
The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

IInvitéL'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville et des attractions touristiques, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre au calme. J'y ai passé trois nuits, mais l'absence de supérettes à proximité et de réfrigérateurs dans les chambres était un peu gênante, même pour se procurer des boissons. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait bien et la climatisation était efficace. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Tagaytay. J'ai pris un Grab de l'hôtel pour me rendre au centre-ville et un tricycle pour explorer la ville et visiter les sites touristiques.

Le personnel nous a fait sentir incroyablement bienvenus. Le réveil de cette vue remarquable tous les matins était vraiment magique et ajoutait un touche spécial à notre célébration.
Nous avons été heureux de rencontrer de nombreux singes sauvages autour de la propriété, une expérience unique et excitante qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable.
Le petit déjeuner à Villa Ibarra était fantastique. Il y avait une grande variété d'options délicieuses, et tout était frais et bien préparé. C'était la façon parfaite de commencer notre journée, et nous nous sommes attendus à ce que ce soit chaque matin.
L'un de nos caractéristiques préférées était le jacuzzi cool. Il était le lieu idéal pour se détendre et se dégager après un jour d'exploration. L'eau chaude et l'atmosphère serene l'ont fait un endroit parfait pour un certain temps de qualité ensemble.
Le séjour en Villa Ibarra est exceptionnel, avec la combinaison de la vue sur le volcan de la langue, les rencontres de la faune, le délicieux petit déjeuner et le jacuzzi relaxant fait pour une célébration parfaite de la fête de naissance de ma femme. Nous sommes reconnaissants au personnel pour leur hospitalité chaleureuse et pour le rappel de notre séjour.
Recommandez vivement Villa Ibarra pour tout le monde à la recherche d'une porte spéciale et inoubliable!

AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
