Un bien bel endroit et un personnel aux petits soins. Contact très agréable et attentionné. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Hautement recommandé.

J ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel Tout d abord, l accueil fut professionnel et formidable, idem avec le personnel de l hôtel, tout le monde est souriant et avec cette envie de satisfaire la moindre de vos demandes. L hôtel est propre et très bien entretenu, j y ai passé un séjour reposant et je reviendrais si je suis de nouveau de passage à hat yai.

I had a wonderful stay at here ! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel has a beautiful and modern design, and I personally loved the overall atmosphere. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and I fell asleep very quickly and had a great night’s rest. The location is also convenient, with restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel offers great value for money and everything was well prepared for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Lantern Hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Hotel and room very new and roomy, bed is super comfy and quite.All the staff are very friendly and efficient. it is number 1 in HatYai!

Hotel location just a 10min walk to Central Festival Hatyai, 8min walk to 7E. U can get the best sunset view from the balcony too! Love it.

The hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end.

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

L'hygiène de l'hôtel est bien maintenue. Nous aimons l'atmosphère. Si vous avez besoin de faire des courses, il y a un mini-buffet Big C juste devant l'hôtel. L'entrée pour l'hôtel est derrière Big C. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc le personnel nous a aidé à transporter nos bagages. Nous avons vérifié à la fin de l'heure et le personnel sur le devoir de la réceptionniste que la nuit n'était pas si amicale. Le personnel que nous avons rencontré plus tôt le matin et pendant le check-out était confortable et chaud. La télévision n'était pas une télévision intelligente, il n'y a que 3 chaînes de presse disponibles.
