IInvitéLe lit n'était pas propre. Il y avait des cheveux et des effondres sur les feuilles! Le bureau frontal était très gentil et nous a apporté quelques feuilles. Elle a dit qu'elle était la seule à l'hôtel, de sorte qu'elle ne pouvait envoyer personne pour changer les feuilles pour nous, donc nous avons dû changer notre propre lit!
A 10 h, après avoir été au lit, nous avons commencé à entendre quelqu'un qui courait et sautait dans la chambre au-dessus de nous. Le bureau a dit qu'elle s'en occuperait et que le bruit s'arrêtait après quelques minutes.

IInvitéVery clean. My only complaints - There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

UUtilisateur anonymeVery clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

IInvitéThe bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle. This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

IInvitéWould have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞
But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍
We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

IInvitéThe room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

IInvitéI was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est plus ancien, surtout dans le quartier général, il a un goût humide et je ne me sens pas propre. Mais il est très bien situé, le parking est grand, la chambre est grande, le service est bon, le petit déjeuner est bon, parce que je suis familiarisé, je vis ici plusieurs fois. Un hôtel de la ville de Wahao, à côté, a été hébergé, bien que luxueux, la chambre est petite, il a également signalé deux alertes de feu à minuit, le prix est trop bas et l'expérience est trop mauvaise. Alors, vous habitez souvent cette maison.

MMary HightowerNous avons visité le week-end de Valentine, a été en mesure de check-in à 2h. Chambre propre et agréable. Douche était étonnante et propre. Seule la plainte est que nous aurions pu utiliser 4 pillows au lieu de 3.
