If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”

Cet hôtel est un hôtel très bon avec des chambres propres et un lit confortable. Très grande télévision dans la chambre avec port HDMI accessible pour apporter votre propre appareil. Je sais que vous ne réservez pas un hôtel pour se coucher et regarder la télévision, mais il est agréable de se débarrasser des choses après un long jour de sortie. La location est excellente, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Beale St, et à 20 minutes de Sun Studios, où la magie a commencé. La réception est rénovée alors que nous étions là, pas assez fonctionnelle comme il devrait, mais le personnel était terrible et incroyablement poli.

Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels où nous ayons séjourné. Le personnel super sympa adore cet endroit. Le bar est génial, j'adore les jeux vidéo pour jouer dans le hall. Le personnel est super sympa et serviable. La nourriture est délicieuse. Chien amical, notre chiot était si heureux. La chambre est géniale, le lit est super confortable. La douche est incroyable de rester une autre nuit à coup sûr l'un des meilleurs endroits de tous les temps !!!

Great location! Staff was very friendly. Pretty good breakfast spread. We had a junior suite Room 607 which was spacious. The water pressure for the shower and tub was great and lots of hot water too. A few notes on the downside. We asked for an extra blanket for the room and they didn’t have one and said they would bring one up when they found one. But never did. We stayed two night and they did make the bed between nights which was great! Howe er they did not resolves with any new towels. And a small note is the plug in the shower was a bit worn so it took some doing to get it to work k so my wife could take a bath.

Very nice hotel. Very clean & well kept. Breakfast was quite nice too. Would encourage friends and others to use this hotel when traveling. (Only 2 issues) The ladies working at the front desk spoke Hindi to each other rather than English, while a guest waited to be helped. Seemed a bit rude. Could have been extenuating circumstances? And, I was ask to sign & initial a form at check in, but was not given a copy. That should be corrected in the future with your desk personnel. All said tho! Pleasant stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

C'était bien, mes serviettes et mes draps étaient très propres et je n'ai pas eu besoin de chercher le ménage.

Le motel est très proche du centre, il est très facile et confortable d'y arriver. La bonne chose était qu'il est dans une propriété gatée, donc au moins il se sent sûr. J'ai réservé une chambre pour trois personnes mais ils ont fourni seulement deux ensembles de serviettes. La chambre avait la base. TV, pas de réfrigérateur. Le principal problème que j'avais était la propre. La chambre ne se sentait pas propre. Les lits ont été changés, mais sous le lit la poussière et la poussière étaient détestables. Le terrain n'a probablement pas été propre depuis longtemps et il y avait un enveloppe de condom ouvert sous le lit.

L'hôtel présente de bons et de mauvais avantages. Ils doivent embaucher davantage d'employés qui se soucient de l'hôtel et ne se contentent pas de recevoir un chèque de paie. Ils n'avaient rien d'autre que des distributeurs automatiques. Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas serviables et doivent apprendre à nettoyer.
