Hotel and room really good, clean and good size Food in Deb's dinner is good but I suggest you order it as soon as you get there, you might have it by the time you leave...yes service is very slow, walked out twice after waiting more than 20 mins for order to be taken....

On arrival the guy checking us in smirked at us as if he new something we didnt. Made us feel uncomfortable. The studio was a good size, clean and fairly modern. We had problems.s with fridge, which we reported twice in first week, finallygot sorted on day 12. Bathroom good size,bath and shower.A shelf or cupboard would be helpful as nowhere to put toiletries.The first week was noisy, a lot of returnees and the atmosphere wasnt good. Second week was much better, quieter and new arrivals a lot more friendly. Debs diner is the crowning glory of this place.Deb, Liz and Mike were really friendly and helpful. Food is good and nothing is too much trouble. Apartments well located and ramps for wheelchairs,disabled toilets etc. Mostly over 50,s guests.pool area ok but sun beds are very close together and the first week the sun bed sharks were out in force.you couldn't get one after 9 a m. The diner and staff are great. Reception not so.

An adults only small complex set in the centre of the resort is very clean, great value for money.This being the 5 time of staying.Rooms are very comfortable.A good place for a quick snack at Debs diner by the pool.As you are in the centre of the resort plenty of places to eat or drink near to your accomidation

Booked with Jet 2 and chose a ground floor pool view room, s/c. The room was lovely, modern and looked clean. Plenty of good storage but definitely a man designed the wardrobes! Nowhere to hang anything longer than a shirt! We chose Oceano as it's adult only and small. We met some lovely people and had some banter with Deb's Diner staff who work tirelessly, with a good selection of food on offer, drinks quite cheap too. The a la carte restaurant was closed apart from Deb's Sunday lunches. It's in a perfect position, so close to the square, lots of shops and bars, with a Spar up the road. We spent most days on a sunbed and in the pool which was cold but really well designed, sloped as you go in then gradually gets deeper. You'll have to be at the gate for 9am as all the sunbeds go really quickly. We did see towels being removed from reserved beds so that others could enjoy. Not sure what the answer is? Our room "9" was an accessible room, bathroom with no shower curtain so it became flooded everyday making it a problem to get dressed etc. We could have asked to be moved but the room was so convenient. I'd suggest take a hairdryer if you have thick or long hair. We didn't find any USB sockets, wifi was free, no usual English channels due to widespread tech problems but one of the French channels had English news. We had our room cleaned 3 times in 10 days , 3 lots of clean towels and 1 bedding change. Personally I think it should be every other day. Again, I guess we could ask at reception but it's not something I want to do on holiday. As others have said toilet tissue is supposed to go in the bin...eeuuuwww! None of the negatives spoilt our holiday and we would return. There's so much for everyone locally, don't be swayed by people's recommendations of restaurants, just find somewhere you like and give it a try. We're not sightseers but we did do the Rancho Texas trip it was fab! So much fun and well organised.

Stayed here a several times lovely rooms good location & the aded bonus of debs diner staff are lovely and excellent food washing machine & tumble dryer available to use for only €4 each lots of bars ,restaurants and supermarkets very close .

Where do I start with this place Good points 1- Debs diner 2-Debs diner Bad points The whole place is dirty No where near enough sunbeds Only 5 umbrellas and 2 broken Towels Only changed every 3 days and beds once a week the room was not cleaned in 2 weeks here We went out for lunch and came back 1 hour and 10 minutes later to find someone on our sunbeds apparently reception came and took our towels away when challenged they said its our policy if that's the case someone should be on duty when we reported that 12 sunbeds were empty they didn't want to know . . . Also €40 to hire a fan complete rip off When they did change the towels they must have been 20 years old they were as thin as a newspaper I will never use this hotel again and I urge you to do the same

We visited here in April, as a couple for a short break. The check in staff were lovely and very polite throughout our stay. Something to note is there is no lifts so please think of this if you have heavy cases. The room itself was clean, but we where there for 3 nights (4days) and they did not clean the room during this time, this is a problem as you have to put toilet paper in the bin, not down the toilet, so after a day soiled toilet paper starts to smell. The room has no aircon and was very warm, unfortunately we could not open the doors to let the cool air in because of the noise from the neighbouring bar (brandy well) which went on in the early hour, of people singing/ shouting, typical drunken Brit behaviour abroad. The pool area states that you can not reserve sun loungers, this is not true. As soon as the pool gate opens at 9am everyone is outside waiting with their towels and within 10 minutes all the sun beds are taken, and all the guests then go back to their rooms for an hour or 2! Meaning for us we had to pay for sun loungers at the beach (€12) a day! The hotel need to practise what they preach and stop the sun lounger reserving. We also found the guests would play their music out loud around the pool area all day! Instead of using headphones meaning if you wanted to relax (adults only!) you can’t as you are subjected to other people’s music. We ate breakfast at debs diner at the hotel, the food was lovely, but not many vegetarian options, a veggie sausage on the menu isn’t going to harm anyone!

Had another great stay at the Oceano. Our 10th visit. Check in was quick and straightforward The room was comfortable We were overlooking the side road was a little noisy first thing with deliveries but not bad Would recommend staying in a Delux room, as they overlook the pool always able to get a sunbed, and it was busy Staff very friendly, always had a smile when you passed them looking forward to visiting again in October

Well we stayed at the oceano in february 2024 , So first of all the positives , the hotel was perfectly located it was central to all shops , bars , restaurants , and near the beach too. the staff friendly and helpfull, Our room was perfect very large with a great bed and well a fantastic power shower, The downsides the restuarant was closed so we had to use the pool bar for breakfast, It only had 6 tables so if you came down for breakfast at the wrong time you would have to sit outside in the cold wind, The cooked breakfast offered was small , medium. and large if you pay more, most hotels have a buffet breakfast so you can eat what you like but we do not have big breakfasts anyway, but we thought it was all a bad setup, we know this hotel was an aparthotel but even then they should have a restaurant .
