Avis : Cebu Courtyard

Sale de bain vétuste la cuvette des toilettes était toute rouillé et deguelasse les prises électriques ne marche pas et les draps n’était pas propre … . Je ne conseille vraiment pas cette hôtel . Heureusement que ce n’était que pour une nuit car ns arrivions tard .

The place is close to Tamia outlet mall, although the area is vulnerable to flood, actually when had a rain water dripping on the stair and made it water accumulate, no elevator the bed is very low with a thin mattress pillow need to get improve AC work good, bathroom equip with a lighted mirror, not much space to move around. I thought this was the same the courtyard in other country that has better accommodation this is just basic low quality hotel.

We decided to stay there for few hours while waiting for our flight. The staff wasn't welcoming upon arrival. Upon entering the room, it was nothing extra. They provided towels, yet we have to ask for sanitary amenities from the counter. The location was close to the Airport.

Pillows are not clean, we had to request cleaner ones and we transferred to another room with even dirtier pillows. Amenities include free bottled water but there were none. I don't think the receptionist was happy to see us. No soap. No TVs. Very very dirty towels :( we are so disappointed, we were even so tired from airport hassle and just wanted a nice rest.

Great hotel

The hotel was good for the price. Lobby was decent. Elevator is a much needed amenity. Rooms are big. Beds are okay but blankets and pillows are super bad. Front desk was sleepy all the time.

Honest review. Like the other reviews, mattresses, blankets, towels have stains (I think it’s old). There’s TV but no signal, so you can’t watch. Toilet bowl is a bit dirty maybe it’s old and there’s this small black worm. It’s near the airport, you can book for Move it to the airport.

The toilet bowl was nasty. Bed sheet and pillow cases has stain. Towels are so dirty. Location is great it just along the street and AC good, it's quite cold.

Pangit ng room. Maingay, tapos hindi nilinisan yung room namin. Tas isa lang yung socket to charge. Wala din amenities man lang. Not recommended!

If you’re just traveling for a short time then this hotel is considerably. If not then you might want to reconsider booking. The AC seem to need some repairs and the water pressure is very low that you need to use a container to catch the water then throw it over you. The location isn’t bad since it’s close to the mall but currently the area is undergoing some repairs on the street so it’s very mucky and dirty.

Good only if you wanna stay for a night going to airport because it's nearby, the place is clean the only downside is that the tv wasn't working.

Nice hotel, good service, cheap price.. Outlets and malls around (300 m) Airport (10 min taxi , 200P)

Only tissue roll and towel is provided. No TV and telephone to call reception. Door lock and toilet seat is faulty and water is very slow. Soap dispenser does not have labels, you wont be able to know which is which. Water dispenser is provided only at the main lobby, you have to go down and get if you need it but you have to bring your own containers. Room is small, not accommodating for travellers with kids. Location wise not that bad as there are malls nearby. Near to airport but not a value for money. In summary, needs a lot of improvements. Not coming back.
