In spite of the previous bad reviews I booked this hotel as they were reopening which I thought meant they have improved the hotel. They should have not opened yet at this stage where they are still fixing the hotel rooms and amenities. Maybe when they're finished renovating and they're fully open, it would be a better time to stay. Stay away if you want a comfy hotel stay. There were 2 incidents of brownout during our stay, on the 2nd one they couldn't fix the problem in our room, while the other rooms had electricity. Maintenance had to go inside our room in the middle of the night. They tried to fix it but eventually had us transfer to a different room at almost 1am. Then we were hoping to sleep in, as we were tired from the previous night's issue, but at 7am the noise of drilling woke us up. Food: Disappointing food choices. They have a restaurant and a coffeeshop. Good coffee and pastries. But on the main restaurant, there were only 3 food choices in our entire 4-day stay: bicol express bagnet, sinigang bagnet and hainanese chicken. Breakfast was dismal, plated tapa/longganisa and egg, then 2nd option bread, ham, egg and sweet sausage. The taste was just okay. At one point we opted to have a breakfast buffet instead at a nearby hotel (M*r*s*n Hotel). Room: The view is definitely fantastic and our room was near the swimming pool which I appreciated. But the room is small. No trashcan in the bathroom, no hangers and laundry bags, but they promptly provided after I asked for it. No rack for towels. No hair dryer and they can't provide one when I asked for it as another guest is currently using it. The bed is not comfy, it is hard and no available room with a king-sized bed. Random noises from the work they're doing in the other rooms so you can't really relax or sleep at day time. One of the keycards kept on malfunctioning so I kept on going back to the lobby to have it reset. Others: Definitely great views and location. Wide open spaces but common areas are usually warm as the airconditioning is off on most areas. Lobby restroom appears clean but smells awful. There is no hand sanitizer or soap. Overall value: Php 5k promo rate and 7k for regular rate per night. It was not worth it. Spa: The staff and massage was great but the spa is still on the works, I even had to play music from my phone as their amenities are incomplete. They could have at least warned us that the hotel is not yet fully functional and renovated. Or they couldv'e just fixed the hotel first before having guests. Staff: The hotel staff was the gem of the hotel as they did their best in spite of the poor situation. They were kind, friendly, quick to respond and professional. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels à Legazpi - marché, confortable et bon prix. Chambre grande, propre et bonne. Lit confortable. Chambre de bains bonne. Petit déjeuner restaurant était bon, tout comme prévu. Buffet de dîner grande et musique en direct aussi - j'aime ce toucher. La piscine est bonne mais un peu de marche sur la route. Personnel amical et efficace. Chiens barking demain matin près d'un peu de négatif.

La douche chaude et froide fonctionne correctement (je dois dire que pour certains hôtels cette fonction n'est généralement pas fonctionnelle quand il y a beaucoup d'invités à l'hôtel).

Ce petit hôtel propose un hébergement de base et dispose d'une très petite amenité. Rien de luxe. Chambres AC avec toilette et douche, eau chaude et froide, toilettes de base, mais pas d'ascenseur, spa, piscine, etc. Le prix est assez élevé en raison de son manque d'équipements. La chambre standard (occupation unique) coûte Php 2,000 par nuit. Cependant, sa position est bonne ... à quelques mètres de la route principale, de la cathédrale, de la salle municipale, etc..

Le lieu est très confortable pour explorer la ville de Legazpi et le Mont Mayon, car il est au centre entre les deux. Le lit est très confortable. La chambre est aussi assez calme et propre. Les filles en charge sont également très agréables.

L'hôtel est bien situé, juste à côté de SM, marchez quelques minutes, allez dans d'autres centres commerciaux, il y a d'autres centres commerciaux dans l'océan Pacifique et ils sont très proches. C'est à pied. Le tutu coûte 80 pesos et le gardien de sécurité à la porte appelle 150 pesos. L'environnement général de l'hôtel est juste pour la transition. Il y a une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Vous pouvez prendre rendez-vous à l'avance et ce sera à 10 minutes. Plusieurs pharmacies à proximité sont très pratiques pour acheter des masques et des désinfectants. Il y a peu de chinois ici et personne ne les attrape. Il y a beaucoup de repas en SM, il est donc facile de s'y restaurer à pied. Petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, buffet d'un jour, repas d'un jour, rien à manger, très simple. Dans l'ensemble, le service est bon, il y a beaucoup de jeunes frères, ils sont tous mûrs et ils se sentent en sécurité.

Took a 2 day break to see Mayon Volcano and booked a 2 night stay here. It is right smack in the middle of Legazpi Ciry. The rooms- clean, comfortable beds, nice pillows, clean sheets, basic bathroom amenities, hot and cold shower with very good water pressure, bidet, fluffy towels and there's also hand towels. Complimentary coffee and water. We stayed in a room away from the street so it's pretty quiet too. The staff- young, friendly and helpful. They can use a little more knowledge on the things to do around legazpi and albay province. Breakfast- the room came with a free buffet breakfast. The selection is what you can expect from this price point, mostly local food like dried fish, smoked fish and vegetables. Coffee is freshly brewed with choices of breads and cereals. Overall, we like this place and would recommend it based on our personal experience.
