Beautiful hotel lobby with historic yet modern furnishings in rooms. Food in palm court was good. Soap dispensers need to be improved as they get stuck easily.

My wife and I spend the night between Feb 14 and 15th. It was a disaster! Maybe too busy, but anyhow considering the night fee We were expecting something better. No table available for dinner, if not at the bar, but with more than 1H waiting. Small Gym with few machines, open starting from 8.00 am. Water available but not glasses. Pretty disappointing

Had a luxurious experience at the Municipal Hotel, where the service was impeccable. Despite the lobby service being slow due to limited staff, the friendly team and delicious breakfast made up for it. I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful birthday macaroon prepared by the hotel, adding a special touch to my stay. The staff's attention to detail and personalized gestures enhanced my experience further. Overall, the Municipal Hotel provides a luxurious atmosphere with excellent service, friendly staff, and delightful surprises like the birthday macaroon. It's a place where you can truly feel valued and appreciated as a guest."

The bar alone is worth the trip, such a beautiful conversion. We had a lovely stay for my partner's birthday and they put a balloon and chocolates in - so sweet! The service at the front desk was exceptional. The only thing I would say was a shame was that you need to pay £30pp if you wish to visit the spa/pool, which to be honest was lovely but not £60! Overall a fantastic stay, love that check out is midday and that gave us a chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast downstairs. Thanks for the experience!

I was sad about the spa experience. The steam room wasn’t working. And the stone beds, some were cold. The lady on spa reception was a lovely person though. And very professional

The service still had teething problems. The attitude is spot on with a few exceptions but this appears to be training problems. They need to gear towards a high end cruise for staff. I have visited again but felt hussled rather than looked after. It will be great i am sure .however was promised personal service this do not happen.

🏨酒店很有歷史年代感設施比較老舊,但總體對得起房間的價格。 🍷酒吧環境很讓我驚喜,睡前來喝一杯是不錯的選擇。 🙁有待提高處: 1. 酒店房卡多次打不開門🚪 2. 房間居然沒有礦泉水💦

圖文不符合,圖片上的classic double 有大大的窗户,到了酒店被告知 classic double 是地下負一樓的房間,衹有一個小小暗窗。去酒店官網再次確認,classic double 確實是負一樓的房間,圖片明顯誤導人。 如果圖片正確,我就能看到是那種很小的窗户,我完全可以不選,加點錢住更好的。 而且由於是third party pre-paid order,完全不能到店補差價升級,真的很無語🙄

這次來利物浦三天都住的這家 衞生方面枕套 床單 和 浴巾上面都有臟污漬 黃色的斑點 作為5星酒店真的很不符(雖然我們提出更換就立馬更換掉了) 二是居然發生服務員打掃完房間把毛巾落在房間裏這種事情, 我們把毛巾歸還 也沒有道歉什麼的就收走了 建議大家在國外真的自己帶床單 枕套吧,五星的酒店做的這個水平,可見很多物品清潔或者驗收的標準是不合格的 但是u1s1 酒店的大堂用餐環境很漂亮,大堂的服務和態度是非常好的。 唉
