Nous sommes venus avec mon ami pour profiter de la vue et de la piscine, le personnel du restaurant nous a dit que nous pouvions profiter de la piscine si nous mangeons là. Malheureusement, le récepteur est venu nous dire que nous ne pouvons pas nager, seulement pour les clients avec chambre. Temps covid: 0 chambre occupée ! Absolument pas d'invité. Ils ne veulent pas travailler. Triste. La plupart de l'hôtel/restaurant à proximité offre cette possibilité !

By now you’ve probably looked at reviews and all the stunning online photos—as we did. And you’re probably imagining a lush, beautiful, active lifestyle boutique resort with healthy Ayurvedic food, surf beaches lapping the shore and a yoga studio. This image couldn’t be more wrong. Picture instead a bus stop from the 1960’s on the side of a disused road. This is the feel of the entry restaurant that sits atop a largely arid hillside with none of the lovely plants pictured on the site. There were a couple of palm trees over dying grass, concrete and sand. The photos are so far from the reality that we thought the place was abandoned long ago—and perhaps taken over by squatters who thought they could make a fast buck. We were honestly frightened by what might happen next. While it does indeed seem to be a hotel, the photos and descriptions are so far from reality that we walked around in a stupor trying to sort out the cognitive dissonance. Could it be that the resort that constantly touts itself as a yoga surf resort might have neither yoga nor surf? Not even a real beach? No….couldn’t be. Right? The owner kept asking us what we expected to find and the truth was that the photos were so far from reality that it was hard to even know where to begin. We said we expected a private beach-so he pointed to a fabricated sandy area roughly the side of two kids sandboxes with a metal fence around it. We expected five surf beaches—instead there isn’t any sandy beach at all and the surf spots are accessed by boat for a few. We expected yoga—he assured us there is yoga (though it’s hard to see where he could be hiding it) and other reviewers say the yoga consists of a mat and a spot to practice on your own. We expected plants and trees and a hang out area by the pool. Instead the large pool was empty and the little ones were so full of algae that I wondered whether the “EcoResort” was gathering carbon credits off the green pool growth. It’s a very good thing that we didn’t pay in advance, since we were able to pay only a day’s rate and leave quickly. But the place is so remote that we literally lost five hours of vacation getting there, touring it and getting back to where we started. Not to mention enough money that we could have stayed at a luxury hotel on the island for the amount we tossed away in a rush to leave. The owner was kind enough to offer us tea and let us use his wifi to find another hotel—a kindness we very much appreciated—but our anger grew when we finally settled at a lovely hotel and compared our photos with the ones online. What an utter misrepresentation. We’re uploading the photos here—the one with sand under the shadow of a palm tree and a metal fence—THAT is the beach. We both nearly died laughing when he pointed it out, but the owner was clearly upset and we were just trying to get out without a massive conflict. Magnifique hôtel Pullman service digne d'un 5 étoiles tout est parfait les chambres sont super bien équipées le lit confortable et le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai eu dans mon voyage. Merci a l'ensemble du personnel du Pullman qui sont des personnes qui vous donne envie de rester plus longtemps.

Cet hôtel est magnifique. !! Les chambres pourraient être mieux nettoyées mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La piscine est agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses et privées. Nous reviendrions. L'hôtel n'est pas à Kuta, alors préparez-vous à louer une moto si vous voulez partir pour la journée. Il y a aussi une bouilloire dans la chambre et de l'eau gratuite. En tant que personne sans gluten, il y avait de la nourriture disponible mais le personnel ne pouvait pas comprendre le concept.

Innit consists of 7 modern villas located on a nice beach of southern-eastern Lombok. It is very isolated location so it is advised to take this into account prior to booking. There is literally nothing apart from the hotel and the hotel restaurant. No shops, nothing. You can’t even go for a walk after dinner or so because you’re really in the middle of nowhere :-) However if you’re looking for a total relax, the it is the right place to be! The first day there was very quiet, we didn’t meet nearly any other guests. The next day was rather busy since there was a group shooting some commerical so the total group incl. crew was about 18 people. That’s probably not what Innit is built for because e.g. for dinner we had to wait for more than one hour to get our food…. Food was in general really good, both for breakfasts or lunches/dinners. Prices were reasonable considering you have no other choice anyway. Service was mostly very good, we just found it strange that they never served the whole family (4 people) together but were bringing the dishes one by one (sometimes even delivering the side dish after we ate our main course, sometimes the soup arrived after the main course etc.). Coffee was terrible. While nearly anywhere in Bali/Gili we got an excellent espresso/capuccino, in Innit there is no proper coffe machine, just some sort of home coffee pod machine from which the coffee doesn’t taste good at all… such a pity Innit doesn’t invest in a proper coffee machine… The villas are nice but you can see inside that some parts are already stained/worn out. However in general it is a nice modern accomodation with beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Villa was kept spotless by our housekeeper who was very kind and polite. What didn’t we like at Innit? 1. The issues with the AC - it happened twice during our short stay (3 days) that there were a power cut-offs resulting in AC not working (they have a generator but we were told it takes time for AC to restart and work properly). One night it was really hot in the room but to be fair the Guest Relation staff were always accessible via Whatsapp and were trying to solve the situation as much as they could. Basically whenever we needed something, the Whatsap response was nearly immediate. Thumbs up! 2. Another dislike was the pool - don’t get me wrong - it looks great, it is big but the water was super hot. Considering it was very hot and humid outside I’d expect the pool to be cooler to provide the escape from the sund and humidity… 3. Beach in front of the hotel was nice and it was cleaned of plastic garbage every day. Unfortuantely the see was still rather dirty so we did not swim in it (because of the algae and pieces of plastics in it). Also the beach right next to the hotel was full of plastics. Suggestion would be to clean also that part of the beach since the guests simply do walk also beyond the imaginery hotel boundraries… 4. Missing fridge in the villa is definitely a minus. Suite à un changement de programme à cause de problèmes politiques, nous avons dû changer notre destination. On nous a alors proposé cet établissement. Nous y avons été très agréablement surpris. Le resort n'était pas à sa capacité maximale ce qui était très agréable. Le site ainsi que les bungalows étaient à la hauteur de nos espérances et le personnel aux petits oignons. Ils m'ont même fait une très jolie surprise pour mon anniversaire en décorant le lit de pétales de fleurs avec un délicieux gâteau et des bougies. L'établissement est très bien situé, à côté de la petite ville de Kuta, et très propre. Merci à tous les membres du personnel qui ont contribué activement à rendre notre séjour agréable.

I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok
