Avis : Holiday Inn Express West Los Angeles-Santa Monica

Everything is good! Staffs are very nice! Breakfast is freshly made! Pancake machine works properly because I stayed in other locations and it usually didn’t work. I think they do well on hygiene as every pastry is wrapped individually. Just one thing needed further improvement is WiFi. It’s weird that we had several devices but only 2 could be connected to WiFi. After all, we are satisfied about staying here! We will come back if by any chance!

Not worth free of charge Horrible the worst hotel I have stayed and that too expensive

Everything is good but location wise depending where do you want to go. Is next to Highway so is fine with a car.

Location is convenient. Bedding, linens, and bathroom are very clean.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice!

位置緊鄰交通要道 臨路房間會吵 開車十分鐘到Westfield

酒店位於高速邊，不大，路對面有7-11和賽百味，不過晚上有流浪漢。可能是離ucla近，酒店價格有點虛高，而且停車30刀每晚，如果租車自駕覺得不值。

服務和房間設施都很不錯，早飯也很標準，第一天入住的洗手池有點問題也及時給我們更換了新房間，停車很方便出門就能上高速，位置離市區有點距離但附近治安還可以，對面有711也算方便。

房間乾淨，服務熱情，必須要帶信用卡

汽車旅館，十字路口處，很吵鬧，但是離辦證大樓很近，勉強歇個腳可以

酒店衞生非常好，在美國住了一個多禮拜的酒店了，是最乾淨的一家。雖然衹有兩個鑽，但是我覺得住起來很舒服。早餐的地方也非常方便。周邊也有拉麪等，比較符合中國人吃的餐廳。總共住了三晚。第一晚的WiFi信號不太好，後面換了房間，信號好了很多。如果對WiFi信號有需求的朋友，注意不要離中心太遠。或者在入住的時候和前台強調一下。

各方面服務很滿意。房間乾淨整潔，對待客户友善。

房間很乾凈，沒有異味
