Tout d'abord, la prise en charge et le retour de cet hôtel sont basés sur le nombre de personnes ! Une personne 350 gwacha, nous deux 700 kwacha ! Quand je suis parti, je suis allé à l'aéroport pour prendre un taxi. Une voiture était de 350 kwacha à la fois. Tout le monde voulait prendre l'hôtel. Deuxièmement, après que le paiement en ligne du prix de la chambre ait été effectivement déduit du magasin, j'ai toujours souligné que j'avais déjà payé le prix de la chambre. La réception m'a dit que je ne répéterais pas les frais, mais j'ai découvert que j'avais été déduit après le départ. L'argent remboursé n'est pas arrivé, selon l'hôtel, cela prendra un mois ! La liste qui m'a été donnée quand je suis parti était toujours fausse, et je l'ai donnée à d'autres. Et l'hôtel n'a pas de service de change, le restaurant n'en est qu'un au 9ème étage, ne choisirez pas celui-ci ! Je ne fais même pas confiance à Ctrip ! Les informations qui m'ont été données sont totalement incompatibles avec l'hôtel ! Bien que j'aie suivi pour résoudre le gros problème, je ne suis pas revenu !
