Super loved this hotel! Staff are really attentive. Bed is so comfy i did not want to leave. Location is amazing. Literally just have to cross the road to go to Greenbelt. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Manila. Buffet is good too! The little details on the rooftop Filipino buffet is on point. Makes the experience much better

Il a été un séjour merveilleux! Le personnel est super joli et très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes. Bien compris le petit déjeuner tous les matins. Mais le petit déjeuner est le même presque tous les matins. Les chocolats traitent dans la chambre sont très délicieux. Aime-le ! Il restera certainement là encore la prochaine fois.

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

Tout était super. Mais l'annonce sur l'expédia m'a dit que j'aurais accès au gym, mais quand j'y suis arrivé, le personnel m'a dit que les locataires avaient accès. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi avoir un gym inclus dans la publicité si les clients payant les clients ou les touristes ne peuvent pas l'utiliser.

Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique, très confortable, la chambre est très propre et bien rangée. Emplacement stratégique à proximité d'une supérette, de stands de restauration rapide et de Starbucks. C'est juste que la chambre que je reçois directement à côté des fenêtres d'autres bâtiments rend inconfortable l'ouverture des rideaux, et ce n'est pas comme prévu que la description de la réservation est informée et j'obtiendrai une vue sur la ville.

Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

We had to go thru a long line to check in. It took awhile before we were able to get to our room. The amenities are beautiful and first class. The negative thing that happened to me is that, the key did not function when I used it in the elevator. W were supposed to check out at 12pm as I was going up, i wasn’t able to use it because the key was disabled automatically. It happen that the staff was escorting somebody in the elevator. I asked her to assist me. She told me me I need to go back to counter to reactivate it. Too much hassle because the line check out was too long. They should deactivate that key when i was fully checked out.).

The staff here are so incredibly kind and accommodating. When we first checked in they told us they upgraded us to a bigger room which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working so we let them know and they upgraded us to an even BIGGER room! A whole presidential suite that had a living room, bathroom with a tub, and a huge bedroom with a smart TV. We had a special stay for sure and the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast is also quite generous with several choices for food. All in all, would come back for the staff and the hotel upkeep. Special shout out to Ms. Karisse, Amylee, Honey, Pauline, Ralph, and Darwin for an unforgettable experience!

This hotel is in a good location, about 45 minutes from the international airport. 3 stayed for 3 nights. Right from arrival we were welcomed by helpful staff and had a speedy check-in. At the same time they gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. Again the staff were very hospital and nothing was trouble for them. We even liked the long bar with live band. We will be back to Manila soon and will not think of staying in any other hotel except The Fairmount. We were escorted to our room and everything was explained in details by the concierge who also helped us book the Manila city your for the next day with a reliable agent.

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre double mini. L'hôtel est situé au cœur de Makati et il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de cafés à proximité. J'aime comment le Front Desk nous a permis de vérifier 15 minutes avant 12 heures. La chambre était vraiment bonne pour 2 personnes. Il était propre, l'air conditionné, l'eau bouteilleuse, les serviettes propres avec toilettes, les feuilles de lit et les pièges. L'équipe de garde-front a fait en sorte que nous n'ayons rien quitté. Les piscines ont été fermées chaque lundi, où nous n'étions pas informés et pas sur le site Web de voyage (nous avons pu l'utiliser le mardi matin). 2. La chambre qui nous est fournie n'est pas une vue de la ville contraire à mon check-in. Contrairement aux autres commentaires, je peux dire que je recommanderai de vous rendre à cet hôtel.

Je suis resté avec elle ! C'était à environ 20 minutes à pied de la ceinture verte, et cela prenait moins de 5 minutes en taxi, donc l'emplacement était génial ! J'ai mangé un matin dans un café à proximité, mais c'est aussi très délicieux, donc je veux vraiment que vous visitiez ! Il / elle a rempli le lit de shampoing et de savon, a emprunté un sèche-linge au comptoir de service et ne savait pas comment utiliser l'application de taxi. Quant au matériel, je m'attendais à aller à la piscine car le jour où je suis parti en voyage était la semaine suivante lorsque le volcan s'est produit, mais j'ai été très déçu car je n'ai pas pu y entrer à cause des cendres volcaniques. Mais j'ai écrit 3, mais je voulais donner ☆ 4 ! Merci beaucoup!

Citadines Makati est sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs hôtels en Asie, et mon préféré parmi tous les hôtels Citadines. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel plus de dix fois l'année dernière et de nombreux autres hôtels Citadines dans différents pays, mais ma expérience à Makati a été exceptionnelle. Le personnel de Citadines Makati m'a toujours fait sentir à la maison avec leur bienvenue et leur volonté d'aider de toute façon possible. Ils ont toujours fait un grand effort pour répondre à mes demandes, surtout à ma préférence pour le plus haut étage, qui offre une vue magnifique sur la ville. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité pour les personnes qui ont besoin de soins de santé. En conclusion, je recommande vivement à Citadines Makati de trouver un hôtel qui offre un service exceptionnel et un environnement accueillant.

I book a stay at this hotel for my NCLEX exam. It’s very near to the testing center. Just 4 buildings away from One Pacific Place. If you would like to enjoy the convenience this place has to offer before your exam I suggest book this place. You don’t have to cross any road going to Trident. It has an awesome night view of Makati lights.

I really felt comfortably home in Somerset not just because of the aura and ambiance of the hotel and room, but also because of the staff who are very accommodating, helpful, and always greet and smile to us. They really prioritize their guests' comfort and peace. The buffet is sumptous and I always look forward everyday with their dishes. The amenities are well maintained and secured. I will definitely comeback here.

L'appartement est grand mais pas bien entretenu. La pause sous la baignoire et les outils/pots de cuisine, etc sont vieux. Il serait bon qu'ils aient des cortinas dans la zone de vie pour bloquer le soleil comme l'AC semble se battre pour se maintenir. Il n'y avait pas de feuilles/pièces supplémentaires comme mentionné. Il est juste très vieux et il a vraiment besoin de TLC. Elle a vu 4 pièges et a demandé de déplacer des chambres. Ils m'ont offert gratuitement nettoyage quotidien. Le lit était confortable, mais ce qui est un plus et la zone est magnifique. Le Wi-Fi n'est pas vraiment grand. J'ai vraiment essayé d'avoir une vidéo. Ce qui était un problème pour mon travail. Je suis allé chercher tant d'air BnBs et j'ai pris cette parce que la taille, c'est super spacieux qui est joli. Un jour, tout en regardant la télévision un membre du personnel juste entré dans l'appartement, pas de coup sur la porte juste entrant. J'ai eu tellement peur! Je lui ai demandé pourquoi il était là et il a juste continué à dire désolé. Je ne pouvais pas me donner une réponse. Je me demande maintenant ce qui se passera si je n'étais pas là! C'est une violation de ma sécurité et de ma vie privée. L'hôte est assez inresponsible mais le personnel de la place est. Je ne resterais pas ici. Dans l'ensemble, une grande déception.

J'ai eu un grand séjour, l'atmosphère est très relaxante et le personnel est très confortable. Mon chambre est très propre, je salue les gardiens de l'hôtel. J'aime leur studio d'art, il donne des vibes d'un artiste différent. J'aime le design de l'hôtel. Tout en tout, très magnifique!

La réception et l'oncle et les serveurs sont très bons. Ils prendront l'initiative de dire bonjour et d'aider avec les bagages. Mais peut-être que je n'ai pas de chance. Je vis dans un dortoir pour femmes. Quand j'entre, la table est très en désordre. La salle de bain est pleine de cheveux. Il y a plusieurs filles chinoises. J'ai vécu cette nuit pour travailler et j'ai commencé à me maquiller le soir. Je sortais du travail très tard tous les jours. J'étais toujours en colère contre un ou deux. Quelqu'un avait toussé, puis j'ai dormi jusqu'à midi le lendemain. Si vous vous levez tôt, il n'est pas bon d'allumer les lumières. Bref, le repos n'est pas bon. Si vous vous enregistrez avant, 200 pesos vous seront facturés. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été mangé, je ne sais pas comment, il y a un matériel japonais en bas, il y a un dépanneur familial de l'autre côté de la route, vous pouvez payer Alipay, certains centres commerciaux le peuvent aussi.
