Nous avons payé 42 £ pour notre chambre, car nous voulions être proches de l'aéroport .... Nous avons utilisé le Twilight check-in pour vérifier nos affaires aujourd'hui et voler le matin. La chambre est très belle, la zone de bar est très belle, les prix sanglants sont très bons pour un hôtel à Manchester, surtout si vous êtes ici pour une heure heureuse entre 5h et 7h ... Je pense qu'il est dimanche à Thurs. La raison pour laquelle je écris cette évaluation est parce qu'un chap noir ami, très utile nommé Michael, il est merveilleux! Je lui ai offert de lui acheter un verre alors que nous quittons alors que je n'avais pas de trésor ... il a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas .... Je suis dégueulasse, il le mérite!!

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais le personnel est très bien situé. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu pré-réserver tout mon séjour en raison du retard de ma réservation, mais quand j'ai expliqué ma situation au personnel qu'ils ont allé au-dessus et au-delà pour m'aider à réserver sur une annulation. Merci beaucoup à Drew et James, qui ont été si utiles.

La livraison a été bien reçue.Au départ, j'étais le seul à ne pas pouvoir monter dans la voiture et j'ai dû attendre le prochain voyage (il y avait une place, je ne sais pas pourquoi) et puis le frère du chauffeur m'a emmené là-bas au fait L'attitude du service était super bonne, et la chambre était un peu plus petite. , ne vaut pas le prix, l'environnement est bon, mais le bruit de l'avion se fera entendre toute la nuit. . . . . . Je prenais un vol le lendemain, et tout le monde était engourdi

L'hôtel est super neuf, mais les couloirs sont légèrement rénovés. La chambre dispose d'un lit double standard et d'un canapé-lit inférieur, elle est parfaite pour les couples ou les familles avec bébés. Les serveurs du restaurant du petit-déjeuner sont très enthousiastes ! La pizza du restaurant turc en bas vaut le détour. Ma copine l'aime beaucoup. Le prix d'une pizza à l'agneau est correct pour 14 livres.

Hotel is conveniently located near Manchester airport, but if you are checking in late, traveling with a couple of suitcases, you may want to read on. We called the hotel from Brussels airport to get a basic sense of where to expect the hotel shuttle for pick up; we were told by the reception staff / operator, that one has to make the reservation online and the last pickup was at 10:00. We asked if she could make the reservation since I was already on the phone with her, but she explained it was an outsourced party and we had to do it. Our flight had a scheduled arrival at 09:30, so decided to make the shuttle booking. It was not easy to find a link on their website. Called them again to ask them where I could make the online reservation and was told one just has to cut across the street and the hotel was right there. Which we did. Luckily we had a small carryon with wheels each and it was not raining at that time, although the roads were wet from a recent rain shower. Hotel was functional. Clean/nice. IF you are arriving late, with the elderly or with a couple of large suitcases, please keep this in mind. Also call to understand the hours of operation for the shuttle service. It’s England, so having an umbrella handy is always useful. (As of mid March 2023).

I just HAD to write a review on my stay here. Well... this was my 3rd hotel in 4 nights of travelling. It was also the cheapest one, and the only one I was kind of dreading! Oh how wrong could I have been! From the moment I entered, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Welcoming, kind and professional. I asked if there was any fridge I could use to store some food items I was travelling with and they kindly put these in the staff area for me overnight. Could not do enough to help. The hotel feels more like a modern new hostel than a hotel. The vibe in the communal area felt very much like a classy hostel. It was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free unlimited tea and coffee down there was great. Breakfast was only continental, which I hadn't realised. Lovely pastries, but a shame no hot food was served. Rooms are very small, as I had expected, but functional, Plenty of charging sockets, good hot shower with amenities. As I arrived into the station at terminal 1, and was flying from terminal 1 the next day it is quite a walk with heavy bags. There is no shuttle bus or alternative way to get to terminal 1 from here, only the skylink. This would have been fine, but the moving escalators on the skylink were switched off. When I asked the hotel staff about this, they said they have not been working for months. I don't know why this is, but it would have made moving to/from the hotel a lot easier so it was a shame. Overall a very good and unexpected stay. For the price, I would stay again. Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant welcome.
