Avis : Skyloft Hotel

Je veux juste vous dire que la dernière fois que nous avons réservé au Bali Holiday Inn en Indonésie, après avoir quitté l'hôtel à midi, nous avons laissé nos bagages à l'hôtel car notre vol pour Manille était à 2 heures du matin. Nous avons demandé s'il y avait un endroit où nous pouvions nous rafraîchir avant notre vol, et ils nous ont proposé une grande chambre qui n'était pas utilisée et nous ont même donné une serviette chacun. Ils ont été très gentils. De plus, lorsque nous nous sommes enregistrés au Novotel Pratunam en Thaïlande, nous avons eu une situation similaire où notre vol était à minuit, nous avons donc demandé si nous pouvions utiliser les toilettes, et ils nous ont proposé la salle de douche près de leur piscine. N'est-ce pas gentil de leur part ? Ensuite, lorsque j'ai demandé si nous pouvions au moins changer de vêtements et nous rafraîchir dans cet hôtel, ils ont refusé jusqu'à ce que nous insistions, alors nous sommes allés à la piscine juste pour nous changer. La réception s'est approchée de moi et m'a demandé pourquoi nous étions là et qui nous avait donné la permission puisqu'ils ne l'avaient pas autorisée. Pour votre information, nous n'avons pas dormi parce que votre climatiseur ne refroidissait pas, et nous l'avons poliment demandé, mais vous avez quand même refusé. Cela vous ferait-il du mal si nous nous changions simplement dans vos toilettes publiques ? Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel ; même les ascenseurs sont un problème, avec l'un d'eux endommagé et sans tapis de bain. La direction, j'espère que vous en tiendrez compte !

The elevator is too slow, I stayed there for 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. Internet is too slow maybe because my room is far from the router. But ultimately the elevator will kill your time

This hotel is nice just avoid the rooms located at levels 7 and below and city view because you wont be able to sleep due to the noises of the cars outside especially the ambulance that comes from the hospital located just across this hotel. The front of the hotel is always traffic thus all the cars passing there are either speeding or honking really loudly. We brought earplugs that can cancel up to 33db but it didn't work at all! The noise is still too much.

The room was dirty as the sofas had stains, there were small cockroaches, and the room has a bad smell. The rooms were also not sound proofed very well regardless of what floor you’re in (I stayed on the 5th floor but I had friends staying at 32nd floor) as you can still here the noises down the street. The elevators took a long time as well since there were only 2 and the whole building had other businesses and residential units.

Convenient location in the University Belt area. Near fast foods and coffee shops. Just had a difficult time in the guest QR code check in as it would hang. Had to call the hotel to manually fill out the form. Hotel WiFi is super slow.

It would be nice if there are no cockroaches in the room.

The hotel is good,the staff is very hospitable and the front desk is very accomoditing to us .

The location was great. Right along U belt. View was amazing from the 31st floor. However there’s no onsite parking available for those of you who are driving. Something to note. Other than that the stay was great.

Good location and sufficient amenities. Staff are all very courteous and nice.

I like that the room was spacious and clean. Had a miscommunication with one of their staff that handles phone inquiries. I asked if their Deluxe Rooms are Netflix-ready, they said they are, but apparently they’re not. They were polite though and offered me another option, but that also didn’t meet my needs so I still ended up staying in the Deluxe Room. They didn’t have a resto in the hotel so request for plate & utensils wasn’t granted. Also, in the morning, I could hear the construction from outside so that kind of woke me up early. Not sure if I would come back, but overall, still had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I can still recommend it, but just don’t expect a 4 or 5-star hotel experience.
