Eurostars Oasis Marbella

怎麼説呢，這個酒店還挺不一樣的。首先，很新，房間不錯，床品浴巾什麼的都很新，挺舒服，房間也比較大，還有個超級大陽台，外面就是游泳池。但是呢，用過的杯子幾乎不給洗，水呢，一天有一天沒有，問前台要，有的説就給兩瓶，有的給好幾瓶。位置有點偏，打車到市內七八歐，也有個車站可以去市內和碼頭，每位兩歐多一點。旁邊五分鐘就有一個超市，也有高檔餐廳。裏面住很多俄羅斯人，前台有幾個也是俄羅斯人。早餐很一般，人不覺得多，但是服務員感覺完全忙不過來，態度很好。

Summary: terrible sleep - paper thin walls, could hear the conversation next door clearly, non heated pool, additional charges for spa, poor views and location and not good value for money. I would come back for a drink or some food but would not stay again

Eurostars Oasis Marbella: a hotel with more potential than polish. My 9-night stay was a mix of highs and lows. The staff, especially Javi and team in the restaurant, were the highlight, delivering standout service. However, the spa was a letdown - a tiny pool with dead flies and a steep €20 fee for 45 minutes. The 'gym' was more of a hazard zone with limited and shaky equipment. Room cleaning? Unpredictably late, and on my last day, a surprise shower outage added to the woes. Communication was another issue. My emails to the reception pre-arrival were a game of hit and miss. And a promised spa discount turned out to be a mirage, leaving me to pay full price with no clear resolution. A sweet gesture from my girlfriend turned sour when a pre-paid Champagne gift was wrongly charged to my room. Smoothly fixed at checkout, but it summed up the stay - a series of mishaps from a place that promised more. Eurostars Oasis Marbella, a hotel with the elements of a 4-star experience, but missing the mark on execution. Like a puzzle needing its final pieces, it's a place where the details make all the difference.

We had a fantastic stay at the Eurostars Oasis, the hotel is brand new and modern with spacious rooms. What really stood out was the staff, they were so welcoming and friendly. With it just opening a few months ago they are all working really hard to build a great reputation, looking for feedback and going above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay. We booked an “Oasis Premium with Terrace” room which was on the ground floor facing the main entrance and set back from the road. The road wasn’t noticeable as the view was of a small garden area with privacy screen and the road is very quiet, we were very happy with our room. This side of the hotel was in the shade so if you want a room facing the sun ask for a pool side room. The sea view rooms are on the top floor with terraces. The hotel is not on the sea front so the view of the sea is in the distance over other the top of other buildings. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and golden mile promenade, and there is a supermarket round the corner. The location overall is excellent as it’s a lovely walk in either direction down the beach - about 20 minutes to Porto Banus, an hour to the Old Town. There are plenty of options to get about too - buses, Uber (always ＜ 10 min wait) and an hourly ferry between Porto Banus and Marbella Town. The hotel had a good continental breakfast with a few hot items and more choices on request. We went Bed & Breakfast which I think most guests had done too, and there are so many great options to eat out nearby. The pool and hotel lounge bar were nice quiet places to relax, and Carlos makes a great Margarita :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay to all the team at the Eurostars that make our holiday so memorable!

Beautiful pool. A REAL pool for swimmers, which is hard to find. Brand new, high-resort vibe yet casual modern. Endlessly cheerful staff. Great soft beds and linens. Huge balconies & lots of outdoor spaces. Not on the beach but that is easy to access. No noise, hawkers, or crowds. A real escape.

Excellent new hotel with some lovely facilities and easy parking. We stayed in a Premium room with a sea view terrace and found it very comfortable and quiet. The staff are lovely and we enjoyed our drinks at the bar, evening room service and a delightful breakfast. The pool area is gorgeous!

Lovely new hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Situated a short walk from beach and a nice walk to Marbella , Banus or swanky restaurants of Romano. There are a few minor things the hotel could improve upon as it finds its feet since opening not long ago. A solid 4 star hotel with the potential to be better.
