Oasi Park Hotel

We've been staying in this hotel since 17.07. Everything except the daily room-clening is terrible. The manager is the rudest person ever. The breakfast is terrible, poor and most of the time table is empty. If we ask for re-fill, the manager gets nervous. Today the bread was like a stone, so one of the guests brought down his own. The manager started yelling and took the phone to call the police. The stuff is trying to be helpful and polite but they are totally out of order. They look that the plates with salami and cheese are getting empty, and they do not re-fill them, instead they are staring at looking how much each guest has eaten. There are no refrigiretors in the rooms, and firstly they asked 10eur per day per person for using their swimming pool which is quite small. There is only one receptionist that smiles often, the others are treating us like we have never been in a hotel before. Despite the rude manager, Fondachello is not clean place, there are a few restaurants and one store on 2 km from the hotel. The sea is clean and beautuful. We regret everytime we have to go back in the hotel, or having a breakfast because we fill pressure from their terrible manager.

I stayed at the Oasi Park Hotel in May/June 2023, for 4 nights, as part of a group of 38 people on a pilgrimage around Sicily - it was not a pleasant experience. We stayed half board, and though the rooms were clean and refreshed each day, the meals were atrocious. At Breakfast, one slice of ham and one slice of cheese was laid out for each person. If someone took two, then someone else had to go without as the plates were never refilled. Only white toast-bread was available or cake/croissants which usually ran out without being refilled. Evening meals usually involved an extended delay, the final evening we waited for an hour to be served supper. The quality of food was very poor (oven-ready chips, oven-ready potato balls etc. for 2nd course) with bread so hard and dry it was difficult to eat. As the food quality was so low, some people brought their own food to the tables to eat which raised a complaint from the manager - she then made it a habit to "monitor" the dining room to check no food was brought in nor taken out (including bottled water), creating a very tense atmosphere in the room. The pasta served was okay. On departure, we were even charged for the Aqua Naturalne that we drank in the room. This was a case of excessive cost cutting going too far. I'm sure the Manager will leave a sarcastic reply below, justifying her actions, as she has done with other negative comments, however, these complaints listed above were felt by most members of our group, this is not just a personal opinion. This is not a hotel to recommend. And Yes, our guide did raise these issues with the manager as they happened, but nothing was done to correct the situation. On a positive note - the Reception staff were always very pleasant and helpful, and always smiling - the manager could learn a lot from them.

Con la nuova gestione, estate 22, tutto lo Staff ha un obiettivo: migliorare sempre, pur avendo iniziato gia' con un 10 pieno. Dalle piccole cose agli eventi piu' impegnativi, tutti sono come un'orchestra, piu suona, piu'sono affiatati e piu'La Direttrice D'Orchestra ottiene Armonia, avendo la Stima corale. Io ospite il 22, poi il 23 e aprile scorso con periodi di giugno e agosto 24 gia' prenotati. NB) Posizione strategica tra i teatri antichi di Taormina e Siracusa. Sono agente di viaggio ed ho accompagnato un gruppo di studenti. Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Hotel Oasi Park per due notti. Camere pulite, confortevoli. Letto molto comodo. Bagno ampio e ben fornito. Cibo molto buono, soprattutto i primi piatti. Personale, che ringrazio di cuore, molto disponibile, paziente e cordiale. Tutti davvero molto gentili. Mare a pochi metri dall'hotel con una bella spiaggia. A poche centinai di metri si trovano pizzerie e locali e anche qui abbiamo trovato persone davvero squisite. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole abbinare il soggiorno di mare a visite ed escursioni a Taormina, Etna, Giarre, Catania e Siracusa. Superconsigliato. Ancora Grazie

È stata un piacevolissimo soggiorno. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff e della proprietà, le attenzioni con cui sono stati organizzati gli eventi serali. L’hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato, gode di un bellissimo giardino con numerose palme e di una bellissima piscina. La sera abbiamo cenato in giardino, le serate con eventi accompagnate da musica dal vivo, tutto ben organizzato. La cucina è stata una bella sorpresa! I piatti tutti molto apprezzati! In conclusione consiglierei di soggiornare in questo hotel, e io stesso ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Come anno scorso (2022) accoglienza, gentilezza e ospitalita', in generale, encomiabili; in piu'la struttura si e' potenziata con una piscina ben organizzata per l'ospite. La Direttrice e Proprietaria coordina con professionlita' e gentilezza uno staff ben amalgamato ed empatico con l'ospite, empatia di cui Lei e' di esempio. - Francesco Ventura (25 agosto 23)

Evitate il ristorante. Spaghetti a vongole, giunto al tavolo freddi, fatto con le telline invece che con le vongole veraci come si conviene. Alle mie rimostranze hanno insistito, sul fatto che fossero vongole. Un altro ristorante si sarebbe giustificato e defalcato il piatto dal conto. Invece pagato conto intero.

Ieri con amici siamo stati in questa struttura nuova e curata nei minimi dettagli!abbiamo prenotato per la cena con grigliata di carne e antipasti misti e siamo rimasti super soddisfatti dal cibo dalla ottima carne e dal personale preparato in ogni minimo dettaglio! Torneremo sicuramente per passare un altra serata in assoluto relax! Complimenti torneremo sicuramente
