Très bel emplacement (vue somptueuse au pied de l'Etna) et un superbe Spa récent et bien équipé, en revanche la restauration est indigne du reste : nous y avons mangé un midi et avons eu le désagrément de constater que pendant que l'on vous sert une assiette de charcuterie sans goût à 20€, une salade fade non assaisonnée et un vin médiocre, des locaux installés quelques tables plus loin ont droit à d'appétissants plats de pâtes/cuisine locale qui ne vous sont pas proposés au menu ! Et quand vous interrogez le serveur, il vous répond de façon vague et un peu embarrassée qu'il s'agit d'un ”extra menu” ...

Avevamo un soggiorno di 4 giorni ma PURTROPPO siamo dovuti venire via un giorno prima per motivi famigliari, stavamo molto bene, tutto molto rilassante. Abbiamo amato la colazione che il proprietario porta ogni mattina fresca e che lui stesso prepara con molta attenzione. La stanza molto pulita e silenziosa. Posizione ottima. Vasta scelta di esperienze da fare grazie ai dettagliati consigli del proprietario. Grazie di tutto

séjour à l'hôtel Mareneve du 24 au 27 aout ( 3 nuits). Douche sale avec moisissures et calcaire et non nettoyé pendant toute la durée de notre séjour ,Joints des vitres de la douche vieux et jaunes. Le parcours ”benessere” comprend un jacuzzi dont l'eau n'est pas suffisamment chaude pour un hydromassage. Il faut appuyer sur un bouton situé sur le mur à 60 cm au dessus du jacuzzi toutes les 17 secondes si vous voulez avoir des bulles( super pour la relaxation !!!!) l'ambiance est trop sombre et le sol est trés glissant. On a reçu une première proposition pour une durée de 90 minutes puis une 2eme stipulant 60 mn !!!! on a demandé des infos pour une excursion mais nous n'avons jamais eu aucun retour bien que nous ayant dit à plusieurs reprises d'en occuper !!!. Ce n'est vraiment pas professionnel pour un 4 étoiles Sachez également que cet hôtel est réellement à 29kms de la côte et deTaormina soit 43 minutes.et aussi à 1 heure de l'Etna: les 14 kms indiqués sur le site est une distance à vol d'oiseau . Nous avons été très déçus par son emplacement loin de tout. en ce concerne le petit déjeuner le capuccino est insipide et les patisseries sont de qualité médiocre et aucun renouvellement de variété. Jus de fruit sont également de qualité médiocre. Jacuzzi extérieurs seulement à 32 degrés.

Ecco i pro e i contro che io e il mio gruppo abbiamo riscontrato alloggiando qui: PRO Struttura esteticamente molto bella e moderna Camere spaziose e ben arredate, dei veri e propri appartamenti Vista sul mare dalla stanza mozzafiato Colazione abbondante con dolci fatti in casa Smart tv e jacuzzi Servizio in ristorante veloce e nella media Cena mediocre ma accettabile: pasta con sughi e condimenti già pronti e altri cibi di medio-bassa qualità, ma personalmente come gusto non ho trovato in linea generale nulla di sgradevole CONTRO CAMERE SPORCHE: abbiamo trovato la spazzatura di ospiti precedenti, peli e capelli nella doccia, macchie di muffa nel frigorifero, servizio di cortesia riciclato da altri ospiti (flaconcini di shampoo a metà), invece di cambiarci le asciugamani hanno risistemato le stesse usate in modo da nascondere le macchie e far sembrare di aver riposto quelle nuove, pulizia dei pavimenti e dei ripiani in generale abbastanza superficiale ODORE SGRADEVOLE: in uno dei due bagni presenti in una stanza vi era un persistente cattivo odore di fognatura che nel giro di un giorno ha invaso anche l'ingresso e la camera da letto antistanti il bagno. Abbiamo comunicato il disagio al personale che ha provveduto a usare un profumo per ambienti che ha solo momentaneamente risolto il problema, senza estirparlo alla radice in quanto l'odore é comunque tornato. É CADUTO IL LAVANDINO non appena siamo entrati in camera e il propietario ha ben voluto incolparci dell'accaduto nonostante nessuno abbia provocato tale danno volutamente facendo forza sul lavandino, anzi, é stato un incidente che poteva essere anche pericoloso ma ci ha fatto ugualmente pagare la cauzione di 50€ senza voler ascoltare scuse. A parte serrature che non facevano chiudere bene la porta e di cui cadeva anche un pezzo... LA ZONA MARE ANTISTANTE NON É BALNEABILE, LA POSIZIONE É DISLOCATA DAL CENTRO: ciò non riguarda direttamente l'hotel ma é bene farlo sapere, non é possibile fare il bagno al mare e la piscina dell'hotel dovrebbe essere utilizzabile solo per periodi di permanenza superiori a una settimana. La posizione é lontana dal centro, sul lungomare ci sono solo ristoranti e neanche un bar per aperitivi o movida. Questa é stata la nostra esperienza, in generale sconsiglio l'hotel specialmente per gruppi più giovani che vorrebbero qualche locale per la sera nelle vicinanze o fare lí il bagno al mare. É un peccato specialmente la nota dolente dell'igiene, sono sicura che qualche attenzione in più migliorerebbe di gran lunga la qualità della struttura. L'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla e magnifica, proprio sulla punta rocciosa di Giardini Naxos, direttamente sul mare. Tutte le camere o quasi sono fronte mare ed è bellissimo poter fare colazione, o pranzo o cena ascoltando lo sciabordio delle onde ed ammirando il mare. Non c'è sabbia, perciò non è adatto a chi non ama gli scogli, ma l'hotel ha una piccola piscina. Le stanze sono piuttosto basic, ma hanno tutto. La pulizia è molto buona..Personale simpatico e gentile. La colazione è da migliorare, ma la location ti ripaga in ogni caso. Ci ritorneremo

La chambre est légèrement vieille, mais le lit est très confortable, le balcon est sans scène marine. La nuit, la porte du balcon est ouverte et l'on entend les vagues refléter la lune et la lumière de la lune, il est très agréable de vous permettre d'ouvrir le modèle de vacances en mer. L'hôtel et la chambre sont vraiment propres et jeter une étoile parce qu'il y a un morceau de sang sur la fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner est relativement riche par rapport aux autres hôtels locaux. Il est à quelques minutes à pied de l'isola Bella. La porte est la gare d'autobus, le bus direct est pratique pour aller à d'autres endroits et à l'aéroport. L'hôtel a également des bus gratuits pour le centre ville, mais les horaires et les sièges sont limités. Il y a un peu de danger de marcher parce que les routes routières sont inadaptées. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très patient et les problèmes sont expliqués de manière très détaillée.
