Il n'y a pas de 3 personnes à attendre, seulement 2 personnes à préparer. Quand je contacte la salle, on m'a dit que le personnel de nettoyage était revenu, donc je ne peux pas le donner à moins de demain.

Les chambres sont très confortables, l'hôtel est confortable et confortable.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et c'était une visite de retour! Tout d'abord les grandes choses sur l'hôtel. Belle piscine, grand petit déjeuner! J'aimais les produits chauds et toutes les choix de pain. La chambre elle-même était propre, quelques points sur le tapis mais ok. Le lit était juste ok, aurait pu être un meilleur lit épandu, juste un coucher thin???Beaucoup de serviettes dans la salle de bain, thin mais ok. globalement bon pour ce que vous payez! Checkout était une longue attente, en dehors dans l'air froid matinal. Le renseignement est très important pour les personnes qui ont besoin de l'information et qui ont besoin de l'information. Pour environ 15 minutes, personne n'a même sorti du lobby, il doit y avoir un problème avec l'un des invités, Pourquoi ne pas simplement déposer la carte clé dans une boîte et la quitter, ou la laisser dans la chambre??? Par la loi, vous ne pouvez même pas demander les cartes de retour. J'ai souvent visité MH et j'ai besoin de me demander si je veux rester ici encore !

This is an interesting older hotel. The clerk told me it is under renovation, and I could see it is a work in progress. Here's our observations: Pro: *Very inexpensive. *Our room was clean, the mattress was new, firm and comfortable. *The shower and surround was new, and there were disability bars - nice to have something to hold onto even if you're not disabled. There were lots of hooks to hang things on. *The mini-fridge included a small freezer suitable for ice-paks. *Beautiful chandelier in the lobby. *This will sound a little weird, but the fire alarm went off not too long after we checked in. Fire alarms aren't fun anywhere, but I was reassured because 1) the alarm system and lighting all worked properly and seemed modern, 2) the fire doors all closed automatically as they should, and 3) the desk clerk was able to target the problem and got the issue resolved quickly. I've stayed in some pricier hotels where I've seen fire doors propped open. *The staff was quite nice, and I was impressed with how calm the desk clerk was during the fire alarm episode. *Location was terrific. There are restaurants and interesting things to see within a short walking distance of the hotel. There's a lovely heritage church right beside the hotel - we weren't able to go in, but the stained glass looked stunning, even from the outside. *The window wasn't sealed so you could let fresh air in. *New TV which I was able to connect to my Netflix account without having to ask my husband to decipher the remote controls :-) *The price included a continental breakfast - pretty simple, but you could get coffee and make waffles, toast, cereal. Con: *What bothered me the most was the door to our room didn't have a bar lock or a deadbolt. I saw some rooms had card readers, so I hope the Villa is going in that direction. *Need a rubber mat for the bathtub. *The air conditioner kept the room at a nice temperature, but it was quite noisy especially after the cooling cycle turned off. *The breakfast room could use a radio or TV - it was very quiet. FYI: *It is a downtown hotel and there are unhoused people in the area. No one bothered us and there weren't any unhoused people on the hotel grounds. However, I know some people are upset by the presence of unhoused people. *Our room was plain - it had a very nice antique-style chair and lamp and painting, but the rest of the room was blank or standard hotel furniture. *No microwave, in-room coffee or hair dryer. *The car parking lot is locked at night. This hotel was good value and I suspect it will be fancier (and more expensive!) some day, but at this point in its development, go in with budget hotel expectations.

J'habite dans cette ville et parfois ce serait bien de passer une nuit avec mon petit ami sans interruption et un peu d'intimité, alors nous avons réservé un hôtel. La chambre était propre, l'emplacement ne peut pas être mieux. Cependant, les photos de la chambre en ligne étaient extrêmement trompeuses. Notre chambre king size n'était vraiment qu'un lit king size, il n'y avait pas de place pour autre chose comme le jacuzzi ou une belle salle de bain comme sur le site internet. À l'enregistrement, lorsque le monsieur de la réception a remarqué que je venais de cette ville, j'ai expliqué que ma maison était trop occupée et que je voulais juste une nuit pour moi, un peu d'intimité pour une fois. Apparemment, c'est le code de ce jeu auquel il a joué et appelé 1001 questions, puis il m'a donné une chambre juste à côté de la réception. L'hôtel était bien, rien à redire. Le personnel pourrait cependant vouloir repenser son chemin dans la vie. Peut-être qu'il devrait continuer à devenir détective privé.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a friendly face. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I like the shower cause it has a removable shower head. The best are medium firmness to them. But one thing that is terrible are the pillows. Bring your own. The free breakfast is like any normal hotel with nothing that special to it but is good.

This is a wonderful hotel….clean…friendly…perfect for stop overs….in a very convenient location….our double Queen room was spacious and light….the staff here went out of their way to help us out during a massive snowstorm! We will definitely use this hotel again…

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from check in to check out! Staff was very friendly and very helpful when I needed to extend my stay for one more day. The day I extended my stay for one more day the front desk clerk had been dealing with an issue and it wasn't very nice one. There was bit of a line up but he managed to deal with everyone and everything very patiently and helpful. I will stay here again! The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated it that even though I didn't need my towels changed every day they were.
