Un hôtel nouveau et charmant, dans le quartier de Docklands à Melbourne. Excellent emplacement, très calme et tranquille, près d'une gare de tram, à pied gratuit à plusieurs endroits de la ville, y compris le centre-ville, à pied aux Docklands et à la Marina. La chambre était confortable et très propre, un grand lit royal, une douche agréable avec de bonnes installations. Le personnel est très attentif et ami, le directeur général M. Christian est toujours disponible et présent. Le M Club dispose d'une atmosphère super belle, d'excellentes options pour les aliments et les boissons, d'excellents vins et d'un chef de matin qui prépare un très bon petit déjeuner. Félicitations à Fazeel et à son équipe, ils sont ALL spectaculaires. Je recommande André que je revienne. Merci à l'être humain merveilleux de cet élégant hôtel Marriott.

The apartment was clean but very small. We got a message the day before to say we needed to pick up keys from an office, rather than the building. Instructions on how to find the building were minimal and not clear so it wasn’t easy to find while dragging bags. The apartment wasn’t set up as requested - we had booked for five people and we had to hunt for the linen etc. The air conditioning was faulty. The modem wasn’t switched on and despite signs not to touch it, we were told to turn it off and on! The dishwasher wasn’t on and the power switch was really difficult to access. We had multiple requests to the staff and responses were dismissive and rude. We would not recommend staying here as the area was deserted on the weekend with barely any food options.

After many years of delayed construction we stayed at the Ritz Carlton this past Sunday night. I grabbed a rate of $491 through the Marriott website which is comparable or a bit cheaper than other 5* hotels at the other end of town. The hotel is situated at the western end of the city near the main railway station which isn't the best location in Melb for a luxury hotel. However when pulling into the entrance to have the car valet parked ($75) it's another world. The guys at the entrance were friendly and very helpful. We were escorted to the lifts and whisked up to Level 80 for check in. We were given lots of information about the hotel and facilities and the man checking us in was pleasant and tole us that we were as close to the top on Level 77. The room is spacious with a separate toilet, luggage compartment and big bathroom with bath and a large desk. The views were incredible looking across the city to the east and the bay. Unfortunately our room was a couple of levels above the neighbouring tall building so I could hear the air con all night. As typical of luxury hotels the bed had too soft pillows for my liking and we should've asked for firmer pillows, I don't know why hotels continue to provide such soft pillows. I went to Level 64 for a swim in the shallow pool which was great with incredible views. We met friends and family for drinks in the lounge where the service was prompt and friendly but the drinks are very expensive which is to be expected of a luxury hotel. On the Sunday night near midnight there was a 3.8 richter earthquake in Melbourne but I didn't feel it but my wife said the building moved slightly and I did notice the clock had moved slightly. Breakfast on the long table is fantastic and we thought the breakfast was reasonably priced a la carte only with good selection available. I would stay here again given the right rate but keep in mind the hotel is a tram ride into the shopping and most of the restaurants are up the other end of the city.

I spent 6 nights at Meriton Melbourne in a 1 bedroom suite. The room itself was very clean, tidy and accommodating. Everything I required was in there. It was quite spacious with a large living area and large bedroom. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I would happily stay here again and again. It is in a very convenient location. The only negative was a horrible whistling sound that came through the main door. The only way to prevent it was to open a window in the room. It was very loud and very annoying. I had other friends staying at the same time and the room they were in was the same. Other then that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

It was my first time in Melby !! And prior to booking my hotel accommodation, I emphasised on value for money for the hotel I was going to stay at and Atlantis Hotel checked all the boxes for me. Location was great, it was just 5 mins to the city via the nearby tram, COLES was just across the street, Spencer Outlet Centre was cool too. Front Office was really prompt in their service upon check-in and lastly, the public transport and overall convenience was excellent. Would def stay here again in the future, mainly because of the great value for money. Great all around !

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Le salon est très confortable et confortable. Il est également à moins de 15 minutes à pied du quartier Dockland (centre commercial et restaurants). La chambre n'a pas de climatisation, nous devons donc nous appuyer sur la climatisation dans la salle de séjour. Les jours que nous avons séjourné étaient assez cools mais je me suis encore senti un peu trop chaud dans la chambre malgré avoir couru le climatiseur toute la journée et toute la nuit. La salle de bain est très petite et vous ne trouverez pas beaucoup d'espace pour mettre vos affaires / vêtements propres / toilettes, etc. Nous avons séjourné pendant 2 nuits et aucun service de garde-fous pour vider la chambre / changer les serviettes, etc. Le lit / les pièges ne sont pas trop confortables. Les personnes qui ont été rencontres lors de l'entrée étaient amicales et utiles. La chambre que nous avons séjournée est regardée sur le bord de l'eau, la vue est belle.

Nous n'avons pas pu rester dans cet appartement particulier parce qu'il n'était pas à notre satisfaction et n'était pas sûr parce que nous avions 4 enfants avec nous. Nous cherchions à trouver des appartements alternatifs et nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel Nesuto. Nous avons appelé les garçons et nous avons demandé si nous pouvions regarder l'appartement avant de prendre une décision, car nous voulions s'assurer qu'il était sûr pour nos enfants. Krisha et son personnel étaient étonnants et très soignants. Elle a vu comment nous étions stressés et qu'elle voulait être heureux. Le lendemain, elle a appelé ma chambre pour voir si je ne pouvais pas me sentir bien, elle a vu combien je suis nerveuse et stressée. Le centre de la ville est très confortable, le centre de la ville est très confortable et le centre de la ville est très confortable. Je recommande très fort cet hôtel.

Réservé après un horrible parcours de quelques jours dans un auberge de renom dans la ville. Le lieu de Nates était très abordable et très confortable avec un personnel très ami et utile, bien qu'il est un peu hors de la ville vous pouvez prendre une courte promenade vers Spencer St dans la zone de tramway gratuit et facilement faire votre chemin autour de la ville de là.

Le personnel est très aimable, aide et agréable, ils font tout ce qui nous rend confortable et agréable. Il y a un intercom qui donne accès aux amis et à la famille ou à l'uber. Le désavantage est que la brigade d'incendie était juste sur la route et ils sont tout le temps en train de changer sur cette sirene annoncée, donc c'était assez bruyant 😑 et la chambre n'avait pas d'air conditionné ou de ventilateur et il est assez chaud parfois. Le seul endroit avec climatisation était la salle de séjour, mais il a fallu un moment pour que la chambre puisse descendre.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bon, il est proche du tramway gratuit des transports en commun, et il y a un grand supermarché à proximité, et c'est une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Il a une vie pratique, un transport pratique, un bel environnement et des installations complètes dans l'appartement. , Casseroles, poêles, tasses et plus encore. Le seul problème est que je ne suis pas encore arrivé dans l'appartement et que je ne me suis pas encore enregistré. Le dépôt d'autorisation de carte de crédit a été inexplicablement déduit de 500 AUD. Cela m'a vraiment surpris. Heureusement, après son arrivée à l'appartement, la réception a informé qu'il n'y aurait aucun problème lors du départ et qu'il serait remboursé.

What a great place. Myself, Daughter and Grand daughter had a quick trip to Melbourne to visit my Mum, stayed here for 3 days and loved it. The view was fantastic, nice and close to restaurants and there's IGA around the corner if you need it. Getting the keys was no trouble at all, even though we arrived outside normal hours. Fab (the Manager) was really nice and helpful, showed us the apartment, parking etc... overall, just made us feel nice and welcome. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and I will stay there again for sure. The beds are comfortable, rooms very clean and everything you would need if you decided to do your own cooking while staying there. A place I would certainly stay at again. Very happy with this choice.

L'environnement, la position est très bon, les installations intérieures sont également très préparées, l'espace est très grand, il faut améliorer la propreté de la maison, le sol est plus pousseux, le lisier est pas très propre et il y a de la saleté. L'appartement est très pratique pour les achats, il ya un supermarché dans 2 rues, la prochaine visite vous réfléchira ici, il y a un sentiment de vie à la maison.
