Avis : Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained. Definitely a great option for accommodation!

It is nice that the hotel equips with Sauna. The parking lots are great. Staff handling check-in is okay.

Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast. Staff very nice but the service not so good. Told the front staff to tell the house keeper to refill body lotion in the room from the first day but not thing change, if check now, lotion should be empty. Expect more from Pullman name!

My mum and I stayed here for a week whilst visiting family. It was clean, comfortable, had a lovely view of the lake and an excellent breakfast! It’s a 2 min walk away from the High St tram stop and a quick journey to the city centre both by tram or taxi.

It was a pleasant stay. We stayed as family with two kids. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was enjoyable. With car, was convenient to travel within city too. I recommend pullman hotel if you travel with family.

Lovely alternative to stay away from Melbourne CBD. It’s next to Yarra river which is really nice to walk around in the morning

對面就是個大公園，步行五到十分鐘就有輕軌站去中心區域比較方便，早餐雖然每天都一樣，但品質較高吃的滿意。附近餐廳酒吧要走些距離，十幾二分鐘左右。房間較大，兩張一米五大床很棒，唯一吐槽水龍頭，跟水池幾乎貼着，洗手不便。總體很滿意

窗簾上不知是何物！打前台電話經常無人接聽，房間衞生非常糟糕，不提供礦泉水，離市區較遠，交通出行較為不方便，早餐非常簡單，食物種類較少，好在攜程溝通及時，能夠幫忙處理。

不知道爲何這家酒店可以被評估為五星級酒店。酒店門口基本上無人當值。即便把車子開到酒店門口卸行李也沒有人幫忙，差不多卸完了才有一個男的員工施施然走出來幫忙。沒有想過五星級酒店的職員會是這樣的。在國内的五星級酒店基本山門口肯定有幾個門童留意是否有客人需要幫忙。房間的面積是挺大的，但是從房間、公共區域等的裝修可以看得出不少的歲月痕跡。就停車方面，就停了一個晚上，另一個晚上我把車子停了在其他地方，但離開時竟然想收我兩天的價錢。幸好當時我腦袋清醒，立即跟前臺反映實況才免去了其中一天的停車費用。
