Hôtels Quest à Melbourne

We recently stayed at Quest St Kilda and we were welcomed by the reception staff, the guy very welcoming and provided exceptional customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. Have a laundry room and gym room. Recommended.

Quest Collingwood is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants, bars, cafes, and Smith & Gertrude Sts. The staff are professional young and engaging and very customer focussed. The complex and the apartment is modern and well designed though the balcony lacks privacy as you can see your neighbours through the fence bars. If the bars were angled 45° the problem would be solved. My balcony faced north but looked into the apartment block next door but that didn’t bother me. I didn’t use the gym so unable to comment. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay out of the CBD, in a trendy area, within walking distance to the MCG, Australian Open and the City centre   I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Ease of parking. Easy access to mall just a short walk away. Has always been my go to hotel for business trips.

I'm writing this review in English so the staffs can understand what I wanna say. First of all I wanna thank the male staff on duty everyday over the entire stay of mine and the two girls on their shifts when I checked in. You guys are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and highly efficient. My apologies for not remembering your name, but I do wanna give you my heartfelt thanks. However, there was this female staff, seems to be latino or something, on duty when I came back to the property to get my luggages in the afternoon of Feb.22 aat 3:45pm. (I'm sure you can find out who was it because there were only two staffs at the front desk at that time). She was INSANELY LAZY AND RUDE. I asked for my luggages and she took my tags but said to me, rolling her eyes, ”I think the door to the luggage room is open.” She was very hospitable when dealing with the other guests, who were white, before me. I insisted she needs to go get the bags for me, and she said I'll have to wait. I waited, but apparently she didn't have anything legit to do. She was randomly checking her computer to keep me waiting. I guess what I'm trying to say is pls fire this ****** staff. 但国内同胞可以放心住酒店本身很好，其他员工也很好

Room is clean, fully furnished with all amenities you may need. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is few mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and about 10 mins drive by car to Werribee Zoo. Highly recommended as it was a pleasant stay.

Non loin de la ville. Les animaux ne sont pas propres. Quest est une grande chaîne en Australie et en Nouvelle-Zélande.

Nous sommes arrivés à Melbourne, mais l'hôtel nous a offert nos chambres à 11h30. Nous sommes si heureux que nous pouvons rester dans notre chambre pendant un moment avant de sortir pour la journée! Merci beaucoup pour cet arrangement spécial! La chambre était confortable et propre. La vue est parfaite et la voiture est située dans la baie du dockland. Il y a un centre d'hôtel à seulement 5 minutes de l'hôtel où sont les restaurants. La location est très confortable et le tram est à quelques minutes de marche de l'hôtel.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

J'ai séjourné à la maison le 13 mars 10, 2025, et il y a un groupe de personnes noires qui ont une fête pendant la nuit à la maison 12. Je ne veux pas faire de discrimination à la personne et j'ai utilisé le mot ”black” pour décrire ce groupe de personnes cette nuit. À 17 h, il pleut, mais je ne pouvais plus tolérer, je suis sorti pour leur dire le silence, s'il vous plaît! Un grand homme noir (non brun, très noir) dit : ”Je vous ai!” Franchement, j'avais un peu peur. , mais que puis-je faire ? Lorsque la réception a ouvert la journée suivante (house 1?), j'ai plaint et demandé un changement de chambre (en fait maison). Les dames de réception sont très aimables et ils ont dit qu'ils avaient signalé à la police deux fois cette nuit pour le bruit est trop lourd et affecte beaucoup de clients qui séjournent dans des maisons différentes cette nuit. Selon la réception, elle avait énuméré ce client de la réservation de la chaîne de l'hôtel Quest à l'échelle nationale (Australie). Quand je suis retourné à l'hôtel l'autre jour, j'ai eu une carte de remerciement pour vous excuser pour ce qui s'est passé avec une bouteille de vin pour les inconvénients causés. Bien que j'aie eu un cauchemar dans cet hôtel, je pense qu'il s'agit d'un incident unique, et je recommanderai toujours cet appartement de service.

The motel service was amazing although I did get asked for a $200 bond which I did not get back for 2 days that I was not aware of. That was interesting and a lot of money for some when you are not made aware until the last second. The room was very clean and heaters turned on for us as we did not arrive until late. It was sad to see the weird toilet set up in such a lovely room. But overall happy except for the extra bond that was required.
