Hôtels avec balcon à Melbourne

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

On 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs! Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Quality Westmeadows pour la deuxième fois et je n'ai pas été déçu une fois de plus. Tout le processus était sans fin, de choisir ma chambre standard à les appeler à mon arrivée à l'aéroport de Melbourne et à leur service complémentaire de bus J'ai attendu 10 minutes pour le bon conducteur de bus de la navette et quand vous arrivez à la réception après un voyage de 5 minutes vous êtes accueillis par l'équipe la plus amicale. La chambre était très calme, et il était très calme, et il était très calme, et il était très calme. J'avais un petit déjeuner buffet qui avait une bonne sélection plus un café surprenant de la petite machine. J'ai eu une très agréable conversation avec la belle dame qui dirige le buffet. Juste une promenade rapide de 5 minutes sur la route sont quelques bonnes repas et un peu plus loin le long d'un couple de plats rapides. Je ne peux vraiment pas manquer le lieu ou le personnel et je le recommande confident à quiconque souhaite la convenance d'un lieu de séjour près de l'aéroport à un bon prix.

L'hôtel est très bon à Melbourne! Les trams sont dans chaque coin et vous êtes à quelques pas de la gare de la Croix du Sud. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les choses dont je veux. Le personnel est chaud et hébergé. Voilà les recommandations!

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Easy check in. Plenty of parking space. Room was basic but clean. Insulation of the room was not good. It was cold as we can feel the cold air entering the room from the window and door edges. Heater wasn’t functioning. Easy check out. Location ok. Not worth for the price we paid.

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

La réception, la salle de bains et la cuisine communale sont magnifiques et donnent un sens chaleureux et accueillant. La salle de sport est spacieuse et équipée dans de bonnes conditions. Les chambres sont belles mais comme une chambre d'hôtel habituelle. Les grandes fenêtres ont donné une vue agréable sur la rue et les arbres en bas.

J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux appartements de Punt Hill au cours des dix dernières années, même si cela faisait longtemps que je n'y étais pas retourné. Notre appartement d'une chambre était spacieux, mais l'hôtel est maintenant assez vétuste. Les murs de la salle de bain n'étaient pas très propres, ni les tasses et les couverts (j'ai toujours l'habitude de nettoyer les choses avant de les utiliser !). J'ai finalement passé la plupart de mon temps à l'hôtel car j'étais grippé. J'ai remarqué que le Wi-Fi était très instable et intermittent, ce qui rendait le visionnage de séries en streaming assez difficile ; j'ai donc fini par utiliser mon téléphone. Les lits étaient confortables, en revanche ! L'emplacement est vraiment fantastique, en plein cœur de Chinatown, et on peut facilement se déplacer à pied.
