Hôtels 4 étoiles à Melbourne

Il s'agit d'un très bon hôtel. L'intérieur est très propre et grand. Le lit est confortable et le toilette est bon avec le jacuzzi. Vous verrez des cangurous et des cocktails en dehors du cottage du matin et du soir. Mes enfants profitent très du séjour. Mais vous devez soit cuisiner vos propres repas, soit conduire à manger.

1. The remark of parking charge is unclear in trip.com. A little bit disappointed when the reception said that we have to pay. 2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly. 3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Le restaurant est un restaurant qui a été très intéressant pour nous. Bien que notre demande d'un étage supérieur n'ait pas été acceptée, ils ont été très attentifs et je apprécie vraiment leur petite surprise pour le anniversaire de ma fille. Nous avons également eu un incident et nous avons dû évacuer qui a effrayé ma fille, mais je suis content que personne ne soit blessé et qu'il n'y ait pas de contrôle de personne. L'un des roues du cadre de lit était également manquant et il a presque causé une blessure, le personnel avait offert de changer les chambres qui est vraiment gentil avec elle mais nous aurions plutôt été disposés à attendre la personne qui peut le réparer plutôt que de causer plus de malaise à tous Si nous avons changé de chambre, vous ne pouvez pas attendre de retourner ! J'espère que l'hôtel sera bien entretenu parce qu'il est magnifique !

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this establishment. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. It was particularly appreciated that they allowed me an early check-in, which made my arrival much smoother. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and accommodating stay.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

La réception, la salle de bains et la cuisine communale sont magnifiques et donnent un sens chaleureux et accueillant. La salle de sport est spacieuse et équipée dans de bonnes conditions. Les chambres sont belles mais comme une chambre d'hôtel habituelle. Les grandes fenêtres ont donné une vue agréable sur la rue et les arbres en bas.

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux appartements de Punt Hill au cours des dix dernières années, même si cela faisait longtemps que je n'y étais pas retourné. Notre appartement d'une chambre était spacieux, mais l'hôtel est maintenant assez vétuste. Les murs de la salle de bain n'étaient pas très propres, ni les tasses et les couverts (j'ai toujours l'habitude de nettoyer les choses avant de les utiliser !). J'ai finalement passé la plupart de mon temps à l'hôtel car j'étais grippé. J'ai remarqué que le Wi-Fi était très instable et intermittent, ce qui rendait le visionnage de séries en streaming assez difficile ; j'ai donc fini par utiliser mon téléphone. Les lits étaient confortables, en revanche ! L'emplacement est vraiment fantastique, en plein cœur de Chinatown, et on peut facilement se déplacer à pied.
