We stayed in Villa Eden over a long weekend in October for my Birthday, this was the first visit to this luxury 5* Hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and after a short rest and complementary drink were shown our suite with great views of the garden and surrounding mountains. We booked the fine dinning experience with 7 courses and were treated to a delightful culinary experience, each course provided us with a variety and rich taste of local grown produce accompanied with tasty and wines. I was also delighted with the home made desserts and treats fror my birthday. The staff throughout our stay were impeccable, very helpful and look after us very well. We used the spa and pool facilities and found them to be perfect after the day sightseeing or before breakfast. Villa Eden has won many Awards for their hospitality and I can only confirm this through my own experience. Thank you Frau Schmid and the Team for a great stay, we look forward to returning soon.

Nous avons passé cinq jours (quatre nuits) les invités de l'Hotel Europa Splendid. La structure est très belle, les chambres sont différentes pour conserver la structure originale du palais en style liberty. Nous étions situés dans une Double Comfort. La chambre était spacieuse, parquet, bien équipée. Lit confortable, coussins peut-être trop chauds pour la saison. Baignoire très spacieuse et murs de marbre. Tous les appareils sont en service (TV, frigo bar, lampes, sèche-cheveux, coffre-fort, air conditionné). Les locaux d'utilisation générale sont propres et propres. Réaménagement quotidien des chambres avec remplacement des serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique avec un buffet très riche. Il est à noter que ce n'est rien de conditionné; marmelades, yoghurt et beurre sont présentés en cytolines et les doux faits à la maison en verres coupés. Un éventail très vaste de fruits frais, siropés et secs, ainsi que de sauces et de fromages. Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, il y a aussi une centrifuge. Le dîner est très particulier avec une large gamme de portées. Les aliments sont soigneusement conditionnés dans des combinaisons, parfois très particulières, mais toujours agréables. Les portées sont gourmets mais vous pouvez également profiter d'un spectaculaire buffet à dîner. Personnel de chambre confortable et efficace Sur demande et avec paiement séparé, le garage est disponible à 150 mètres de la structure. TOUT LE TOP! COMPLEMENTS

Abbiamo usufruito di questo residence per sei giorni nel nostro ultimo soggiorno a Merano. Bisogna dire che, anche volendo, non siamo riusciti a trovare nessun difetto in questa eccellente struttura sita in Obermais - Maia alta, prestigioso quartiere residenziale della cittadina. Pulizia e igiene perfetta, arredi nuovi, ogni genere di accessorio per l'angolo cottura, ottimo balcone con bella visuale, gentilezza e disponibilità estrema da parte della proprietaria. Il tutto inserito in una splendida villetta, con parcheggio privato (non sempre presente a Merano), e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, dalle passeggiate e dalle terme. E tutto questo ad un prezzo uguale a quello di altre strutture sicuramente meno performanti. Se possibile ci torneremo sicuramente, e l'abbiamo già consigliato ad amici e colleghi. E' il luogo ideale per una vacanza serena, da trascorrere come se ci si trovasse a casa propria.
