Overall, recommended , plus ayam penyet ria next door very nice too.

My recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings. Reception Experience: The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very hospitable. There was no warm welcome or even a smile, which made the check-in process feel impersonal and uninviting. First impressions are so important, and unfortunately, this fell short. Rooms: The rooms were quite worn out and clearly in need of some updating. The furniture and decor seemed outdated, and it didn’t feel as comfortable or fresh as one would hope. Service: On a positive note, the housekeeping team did an excellent job. They kept the room clean and were attentive to our needs. The maintenance staff was also very prompt and efficient when we needed assistance. Overall, while the service from the housekeeping and maintenance teams was commendable, the lack of hospitality at the front desk and the condition of the rooms detracted from the experience. A bit more focus on improving guest interactions and room renovations could make a big difference.

It seems that no one has lived in the hotel room for a long time. The bedding is dirty, making my body itchy and sensitive to the skin. There is no window in the toilet, so there is a pungent smell. I will never go there again next time.

Hotel location are good and very strategic. The front of the property is the Miri River and you can snap a photo of I Love Miri. Hotel room are acceptable and good enough for the price. Definitely i will rebook and revisit this hotel again.

Bath room only with ceiling shower head without showers hose. Really not convenient to take a complete bath. Hotel location is best.

Overall, Ajang Hotel is a good value-for-money option for visitors to Miri.

Poor facilities in d Toilet,old towel provided doesn’t smell good n TV is not functioning… time to change d plastic water heater need to be changed..

very near to the town .. just next to the Pullman hotel .. this hotel very convinient

This hotel has a prime location in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very friendly front desk crew. Price is decent and location is near to marina business area.

Pretty good place. Next to Ayam Penyet Ria which you can try Iga Penyet (Beef). Recommended place to stay, but do get room with window.

Upon check in i notice towel not provided and requested at counter around 5pm and after come back around 11pm still havent given and call using room service still waiting until i request back at counter until it given..

A good location if you want to experience your stay nearby the times square area. Its a good distance as well if you want to go to the city centre
