地理位置優越，離市中心各個景點都很近，酒店樓下就有飯店，吃還是很方便的，房間的衞生間很大，沐浴非常舒適。

I have stayed here many times. I always choose this hotel in Miskolc. They have parking place, ok breakfast, big nice rooms and AC( when it does work). Breakfast is ok , I have seen worse. The mall is 2 min walk. So all together I guess that is the best hotel in town.

This is not a 4 star hotel! The reception is combined with the bar(?), apparently they have only 27 rooms. It seems that this is a conference center with guest rooms in a residential complex advertised a four star establishment... Pros: comfy bed, good water pressure and a garage if you need one (we didn't... Cons: mediocre breakfast, no phone in the room(!), and high-tech feature called "unique room access system.." The hotel had a power outage at night while we were there, and we could reach the front desk by making an international call on our non-Hungarian cellphones... no night-lights in the room, it was pitch-black, unable to use the batroom and absolutely no communication from staff. The electricity finally came back... I suggest to install "traditional" phones or at least have flashlights in the rooms. We had a strange experience and would not return.

I do not advise anyone to stay in this terrible hotel. Boorish behavior of the staff, terrible attitude towards guests. Only in this hotel can residents be kicked out late at night without explaining anything

This hotel is well located in the center. It is clean and nice. The stuff is friendly and helpful and they speak good English. The rooms are nice and modern, there is an underground parking place. It is easy to access it and feels safe. There is even a commercial center at 5 min walking and that was a pleasant surprise.

A nice cozy hotel close to city center within walking distance. The hotel is modern with cozy bed and large walking shower. There is a small bar and a little terras where you can sit relax and grab a drink. There is also an restaurant with good meals and price. The breakfast is not large but has everything fresh. My room was big and cozy. Minus point this room was on the street side and you can hear traffic noise. Best to take a room on the back side of the building . Overall it is a nice hotel.

Ужасное отношение к гостям. После тягомотнейшего заселения - мадам на ресепшене, несмотря на молодой возраст, еле шевелилась, стояла очередь из желающих наконец-то получить возможность отдохнуть, я получила звонок от страховой компании об ударе моего авто. Один из гостей отеля повредил зеркало моего авто. Сначала уговорили не вызывать полицию, так как моя страховка закрывала это повреждение я согласилась за обещание предоставить мне видеозапись происшествия, но обманули и отказались это делать на следующий день! А наглый гость, который нанес повреждение даже не соизволил извиниться! В самом отеле ужасная слышимость - слышны диалоги соседей, причем не крики, а просто беседа. Окна не открываются на проветривание, душно в номерах и влажно. Завтрак более менее. P.S. На booking директор ответил на мой отзыв враньем - я не занимала 2 паркоместа, я никому не угрожала , я возмутилась наглым враньем мне в глаза, что они обещав предоставить видео- в итоге отказали в последний момент! То есть по логике директора- если вы как-то не так припарковались - вам имеют право повреждать авто, вас не вызовут из номера, чтобы культурно попросить переставить, вы же в диком месте находитесь, тут действует только закон джунглей.
