It was a small but lovely hotel. Hotels in Mombasa have a lot of problems, and I expect further efforts to be made depending on the attitude of the staff and management. Thank you.

I had a good time n pleasent stay at the resort.... Good service, good food

Hotel is small but quiet, comfortable rooms, swimming pool is not deep enough for adult people to swim.Stuff was very friendly.Problem was in restaurant with Chef.

Небольшой уютный отель с хорошей атмосферой. Завтрак приличный,голодными не останетесь . Номер маленький , можно уместить только два чемодана , но нам было достаточно для 2 суток . У бассейна играет африканская музыка , это было атмосферно . Местоположение безопасное , для нас, двух девушек, было очень важно ! Обедали и ужинали в отделе , все было вкусно . Хорошие коктейли .Могу рекомендовать !!

J'y est demeuré deux semaines. Le personnel très dévoué,chambre grande et propre.Piscine bien entretenue,serviettes de plage chaise longue parasol etc. À 15 minutes à pied de Mombasa beach, tuktuk disponible pour s'y rendre plus rapidement. À 2 minutes à pied du City Mall pratique pour le ATM et un grand choix de restaurant. Proche de tout, très pratique pour se divertir aux alentours.

J'étais à la recherche d'un hôtel pour 5 nuits au pied levé, ils ont su répondre favorablement à ma situation. Ils sont réactif et arrangeant ! Tous les personnes qui y travaillent sont exceptionnels ! Un grand merci à eux ! Pour ce qui est de l'établissement, c'est un très bel hôtel ! Les chambres sont propres, le lit est bon, la salle de bain est propre aussi !! La chambre a un TV, un Coffre Fort, service de pressing. L'hôtel dispose d'un piscine, le petit déjeuné est de qualité ! il est situé non loin d'un grand centre commercial, juste à côter du HALLER PARK que je vous conseille! et non loin des plages . HARRIET & CHURCHILL sont incroyables, merci à eux pour leurs sourires et leurs sympathie ! Vous pourrez manger dans l'hôtel, la nourriture est vraiment bonne !! Je valide l'hôtel !!!

The food is amazing, with a home feeling to it. The chef(s) gives a personal touch. The ambiance is good too. The conference facility is good enough for small groups. The team is flexible and make exceptions to your request, also very courteous. Overally, exceptional services

If you're planning to take your parents for a vacation please consider taking them to Pride Inn Nyali. This is home away from home, my parents have experienced the best vacation ever considering one of them was diabetic they would always pack something for her to bite before the next meal . Everyone here is so friendly, and their services are on another level . Am a proud customer !!

The STAFF is extraordinary friendly, quick and flexible. In these pictures it's a Deluxe room as I got an immediate free upgrade because my superior room was under maintenance. All demands and questions get solved and this is 100% what you can define a perfect running hotel that keeps steady in quality at the point. 👍👍👍

Wonderful service from the staff especially Pamela and Harriet and the food was really good the chef did a good job..........
