Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Vraiment super! Emplacement : la plage de nyali est à plus de 10 minutes de la vieille ville ; l'aéroport est à 30 minutes Restauration : Le buffet est superbe ; il y a plein de boissons gratuites ! Assurez-vous d'acheter absolument tout compris. Chambre : Notre chambre est le meilleur hôtel, les deux fenêtres ont vue sur la mer et la piscine ; la zone est OK; réfrigérateur climatiseur a Personnel: Le service est très bon, très sympathique Environnement: plage privée, trois piscines, spectacles en soirée, superbes vues La prochaine fois, si vous y allez, vous devez rester quelques jours de plus.

joli hôtel avec vue sur océan Indien, restauration très correcte avec un personnel de service très sympathique mais qui pourrait laisser un peu plus de temps pour finir de se restaurer. Petit bémol sur le personnel de l'accueil, qui s'avère très peu disponible et ne réalise pas d'efforts pour venir en aide aux visiteurs. Piscines de bons volumes, agréable. Chambre correcte mais peu spacieuse pour une famille de 4. Problème de climatisation qui a mis trois jours a être résolu. TV en anglais avec seulement deux chaines qui fonctionne. Autres personnel de l'établissement très sympa Taxi coiffeur boutique souvenir à disposition. Attention plage non praticable a cause des beach boys

Wow! Been many years since I was last in Coast. Nai is madness tu.. A relatively small modest hotel offering excellence in every sense of the word. Was here 3 nights. Weather was...melting.. Room 104 had everything however the double bed service was slightly challenging due to the permanent headboard. Internet was excellent. Best I've experienced away from home. The room attendants are neat freaks lol. The rooms were super clean beyond! The food was exemplary. Though I really wanted to try the mutton which was unavailable. Also I noticed there was no ice cream, creamed cake etc, sea food etc. Kindly look into it this... Though my sis grew super fat with no regrets! Also the drinks...unfortunately the mixologist was on leave. No reliever hence my sis didn't even have any special drinks ie cocktails. Needless to say I personally totally enjoyed and drank all their Whitecap lol. I was in love with Harriet. Alinikataa woishe lol. Hit me up whenever in Nai. Niko Soko juu yako. Rose, Pamela, James, Jackline, Juma...aki it felt like they had specifically planned for us to have the dreamiest of vacays. And Indeed we did! They all deserve all the credit and optimal recognition for going the extra mile by providing the most impeccable services ever! Asanteni Sana wadau. We were even forced to extend our stay by a day and were AGAIN even tempted to extend by another day but I had already booked our return flight! As I write this we are checking out...feels like we are attending a burial lol. We are distraught we both even jumped into the pool afew hours to our departure just to relive due moment! We shall deeply miss you guys and everything about this outstanding hotel. I'll miss Harriet the most..aki she's gorgeous lol. Seeing her beauty made me not leave the hotel ata lol. Rose and Pamela and Jumah are so very friendly. One would even think they are also on vacation lol. Kwanza Juma! Too many stories of his pool and what it takes to keeping it sparkling...and believe me it was heh! Well in bro.. We shall miss Rose dearly. Aki she's all over the place! James and Jackline assisted so much with check-in/out/settling in...no discount though aki... To the manager...I need a discount before I leave lol. I revamped your bar business. C est un grand resort entouré d un arc à la végétation luxuriante , quelques jours dans cet hotel avant notre safari , nous étions en pension compléte et nous avions tout apprécié , peu d activités à l extérieur du resort mis bien complet à l interieur , nous logions dans une belle chambre avec décoration recherchée , la restauration était trés correcte

En effet, ce fût l'un de nos plus beau séjour en all inclusive en famille. Nous y étions du 13 au 26 aout 2023. Cet hôtel est tourné vers les familles évidemment. Notre garçon de 2 ans et notre fille de 5 ans ont vraiment apprécié. Les animateurs sont excellents et souriants. Le site est très bien et très propre. Contrairement à certaines critiques que j'ai lu, je n'ai pas vu de taches de rouille sur les équipements et il n'y avait rien de brisé. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Les rares moments ou nous avons constaté des bris, aussitôt que l'on en faisait par au service à la clientèle, le problème était réglé rapidement. Le personnel est super gentil, serviable et compétant. Le service est rapide, Je n'ai jamais senti que l'on me poussait à donner du pourboire. Soyez généreux avec eux, Parlez-leurs un peu, appelez-les par leur prénom et montrez-leur un peu de gratitude, ils le méritent tellement. La nourriture était très bonne. Belle chambre et très propre. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Les hommes de ménage ont fait un bon travail. Le seul bémol est l'absence d'un ATM dans le resort pour retirer de l'argent. Merci encore à toute l'équipe du prideinn flamingo pour ces superbes vacances. Nous en garderons d'excellents souvenirs et il y a de fortes chances que nous retournions dans le futur pour notre prochain voyage, Réception Personnel courtois, Sécurité bienveillante. Chambre Belle chambre très spacieuse avec SdB complète? ménage fait tous les jours. Piscines Grande piscine pour toute la famille et piscine pour enfant sécurisé en permanence que nos enfants ont adoré Plage Belle plage qui n'est en revanche pas totalement privé, et donc il faut s'accommoder des beachs boys commerçants souvent présents. A noter qu'ils n'insistent pas quand on est pas intéressé. Animation Animation pour petits et grands durant la journée et le soir. Repas Buffet très diversifié et avec des changements tous les jours. En conclusion Bel hôtel familial, Le personnel le plus gentil du monde. Nous y retournerons sans problème.
